Dope video and great purchase.. after hearing what you had to say I think you’d have enjoyed the x100vi if you’d got it. Although it’s even smaller so you might not have overly loved it.. I don’t have giant hands but I do get a bit of hand fatigued eventually even with a grip.. but it’s fast become the most fun camera I’ve ever owned. I’ve hardly touched my Nikon z8 since I got it.
I must say after getting a fixed lens camera for the first time it might be a gateway to eventually getting a Leica.. I’m just not sure if 28mm is for me.. this 35 seems to be the sweet spot.. which is ironic as before this I was mostly using longer lenses.. like yourself for street.. but getting up close and personal has been a fun challenge.

Honestly I probably would’ve loved the x100vi. The only purchase I’ve regretting was the Apple Vision Pros.
But yeah I hear you on the 35mm , thankfully with the 35mm crop button I press and with the 60mp it doesn’t look cropped in.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on q3. I’m just a photophile, with R5 and rf24-70/2.8 & 70-200/2.8 and also bought rf 24-105/4 for travel as the other two are so big to carry around with family. Even 24-105 is so big to carry around. So I was looking at q3 as an all rounder. I usually use 70-200 for my kids soccer games and little bit of wild life in the backyard or near by parks etc. 24-70 for all the rest of the stuff such as family photos or personal product photography etc. my question is did you try q3 for small scale sports photography (I’m not talking about professional level of sports photography), but at least kids sports etc. I even thinking about getting rid of 24-70 & 24-105 and buy q3, keep 70200 & r5 for kids sports. Your thoughts would be really appreciated. thanks again (subscribed myself to your channel). Thanks!

New subscriber, nice video! I waited 8 months and finally received my Q3 from B&H. New to street, I’m used my Nikon D5 but too big imo for simply walking around with an every day carry all the time camera.

@@Semesem_ I absolutely love it. Like you said in the video, takes a little time getting accustomed too after shooting with zooms. Forces you yo think about the shot, which ultimately improves perspective when thinking about what to shoot. It’s pretty cool sitting on a bench in a busy area…getting all sorts of candid shots, motion blur, people walking by interesting buildings, etc. Keep up with the great reviews.
Sell the camera and buy some smoke detector batteries 😂

I think the underside requirement for the screen pull out is because there were assholes in the design room that also complained about the screen being flush with the camera(useless complaint, it doesn't matter when you're using the camera)
Yeah, sometimes I feel they don't have designers that actually use the cameras for long periods of time
