In this video, we show you how to install our LED Headlights for the 2014-2021 Toyota Tundra. If you’re looking for a way to improve your visibility, and modernize your Tundra, you’re in the right place.
Toyota provided an LED headlight option starting in 2018, but conversion requires re-pinning connectors and adding additional harnesses. If you’re looking for that factory styling and quality, this is the solution for you.
The main upgrade with the Projector option comes with the bi-LED projector unit. This assembly shines light with a sharp cutoff, wide spread, and high intensity, for a huge improvement in visibility on the road. It acts as the main light source for both low beam and high beam, for an excellent improvement in both functions. The Reflector model was inspired by the factory LED styling, and provides a big improvement in output from the full-LED low beam and high beam reflectors. They pack a few extra features as well.
A distinctive line of LEDs borders the top and bottom edge of these lights, with custom optics. This provides a premium, modern appearance, and extra safety on the road. If your truck didn’t come with DRLs, no worries! A simple wire harness is included to connect to the fuse box, to activate your DRLs any time the vehicle is running.
The DRL isn’t the only thing that stands out. These headlights also feature an integrated sequential LED turn signal. Every time the turn signal is activated, amber LEDs activate across the top and bottom of the lamp in a smooth, chasing sequence. When you’re finished making your turn, they automatically “switch back” to the bright white DRL.

This includes durable UV-coated polycarbonate lenses, automotive-grade LED emitters, breather vents, and OEM plug-and-play connectors. Our headlights for the Tundra are plug-and-play for the main functions, with multiple connectors for each function that plug right into the factory wiring harness. A fuse tap is included if you’d like to enable the daytime time running light feature. They were designed to fit perfectly, and bolt right up without any gaps or interference. No errors, flickering, or hyperflashing!

Where that 10amp fuse is in your video, we have a 75 amp in that spot? should I remove it or can I just plug your fuse connector into an open slot? Also see comments below, having an issue with the turn signals as others have mentioned below

I have the projector version that just came for my 16 tundra, and the white module connector came plugged in the back. Was this a mistake in shipping or the video instructions have a flaw?

Just installed mine but the signal light now blink much faster did i did something wrong got a 2014 limited any help please

Just installed, I've now got intermittent hyperblink which is annoying, 2017 Tundra non led. I've found three options
- repin the turn signal connector
- shave the part in the relay under the dash for the turn signals
- add resistors (not a fan of this AT ALL because they get super hot and are a fire risk)

Did you ever get this resolved? just installed these and its the hyper blink in the cab and no actual turn signal working on the front new headlights

Just installed mine, seems like there is no way to access the adjustor screw with the lights installed....
Hey Kieran! These lights include an integrated manual adjustment screw on the back. We would recommend making final aiming adjustments before replacing the grille and other trim panels to make things a little quicker.
with these lights and new harness, can you keep the upper and lower beams on at the same time? meaning when you turn the bright lights ON will the low beams stay on?
I have this same problem where my lows and highs don't stay on at the same time when switching to highs
Did you ever figure out why bright and dim do not both stay on when on high? I am having the same issue. Bright lights are dimmer than dim.
I figured it out, had to pluck. The square black box relay, the video doesn’t mention or show it.

If The remaining connector on the adapter is not needed do I just leave it hanging there ?
I would recommend securing it to something using a zip tie if you can, but yes you are correct!
Do you have the fog lights as well

I got a tundra 15 it doesn’t have any led at the moment will I need to splice wires or connect anything to the fuse box for them to fill work as they should
No splicing necessary! Our headlights will plug right into your factory connectors, including the leveling motor. There is one fuse tap to enable the DRL, but you can see where to install it in this video!

I have a question so I tried to set up my light but the running lights don’t turn on or even when I do the turn signal only the upper light turns on and the bottom doesn’t

They certainly look great. The stock halogen headlights in my Tundra are awful.
