What I'm curious about is what does the sub crew do while this is going on? It didn't look like their underway, or fluctuating in depth. Do they just kick back, relax, and watch on the monitors?
The boat is hovering. Everyone on watch underway has a job to do whether the boat's on the move or not. It's just that if you're sitting the sticks, you're probably bored to death.
