Bro I am 19 now and still in that "van Gogh's is amazing" I love (I forgot the paintings name) the one where it's a bunch of people in a restaurant at night
I was always so intimidated by this painting.. by all the bright colours and thousands of strokes... I was always afraid that if I start this, I'll be hooked on it for days! But I started yesterday, finally, and although it's not complete yet, it's already looking BEAUTIFUL! Thanks lol
I wasn't too sure that I can paint the masterpiece but I followed your tutorial and I am loving the piece made with the help of your tutorial! Thank you!
My siblings and I are going to follows this tutorial instead of a Bob Ross tutorial because we only have acrylic. It’ll be a fun quarantine activity thanks!!!!
Hi, thanks for the tutorial, i shared this video with my 9 year old daughter, and she loved your tutorial and followed it with poster paints and created a reasonably nice painting... hope you make more videos
I only got into painting just recently. I used to only draw with graphite pencils and colored pencils. In 2018, I told my cousin I would draw her this painting. Well, yea it's 2020 and it's still not finished. Seeing this video in my recommended was a really nice coincidence. Now that I can paint, seeing this inspired me to just paint it and forget about the drawing. So thank you lol Also this video was really calming and inspiring for me. I love your vibe
I love watching your videos so so much. The thing I struggle with most is mixing my colors to match what I’m aiming for. So if you could show more what you’re mixing and kind of the ratios of each so I can keep learning, that would be so helpful!!! You’re the best and have brought painting back into my life!
last night i was trying to draw starry night on canva and i kept struggling with that dotted line part. it got so frustrating i grabbed a blue paint brush and doodled all over ruining the canva. with a new fresh mood i am here to see a much more step by step detailed tutorial and since i am also using acrylic paint this was so helpful. i struggle a lot with them drying too. Thanks for the tutorial. Will update if i ever complete the drawing and get satisfied
😻I wish i found your channel long before... I painted starry night but struggled to get the right colors...your tutorials taught me how to get the correct color mix for the sea paintings too 😻💙💙💙thank you so much💞💞
I can swear this painting of yours is roaming all over Pinterest, I also came here assuming the thumbnail. It's just so awesome and is giving me alluring witchy vibes
Thanks 😊.. very easy tutorial .. I just gave this video and some poster paints to my 9 yr old DD and she could follow easily and do her attempt on starry night
Omg thank you for the colors!!! I’m trying to paint this but I’m somewhat color blind and can’t tell what colors they are. I’ve been searching for days trying to figure out the colors!! Thanks again!! 😁
Hahah is that a plate?!!! I would be so chicken!! I feel like I would not wash things well enough and then I would ingest chemicals and die. Your video brings me back to high school art class! This was valuable thank you! I just started drawing on youtube and it seems like all I’m doing these days is digital art. I think it could be awesome to try and go textile with digital art. Doing prints, stickers, fabric printing lol
Thank you for using primary colors 😊 I only have primary colors and other channels have lots of color available! Yoy made this possible for me to do! Thank youuu!!!
So very happy you decided to do this during quarantine.. You are such a talented young artist and so helpful with your free insight! Joining my first patreon tonight! I was so inspired I went out and got a 24” x 30” canvas and am doing Van Gogh’s “The Starry Night” for my first oil study! So pleased with the results so far!
The painting is awesome! Thank you for sharing such great techniques! And literally the first time I've seen someone using a plate as a palette. Very interesting!
I've been watching your videos nonstop haha! I love your personality and the way you explain things when you're painting. Thanks for keeping me company during quarantine ❤❤
I adore this and you are adorable. I love your style technique and sweet demeanor. Keep the videos coming. Van Gogh was my inspiration to paint along with a few others. His images however felt like they were somewhat reachable, like maybe just maybe, I could try it. Thank you for this tutorial.
Thank you! Acrylics are going to dry no matter what, but a mist spray bottle can help! You can spray the paint on your palette about every 10 minutes, which will help them stay wet longer while you're painting. There are also "stay wet" palettes that I have heard can be really helpful; although, haven't tried them yet myself.
Just came across your video whilst looking up some acrylic teqniques bc ive been wanting to get back into art again (now that the semester is over) my dream is to recreate this painting and watching your videos give me hope! I subscribed and now ill be watching all your videos💜☺️ hope to see more from you!
I love watching your videos they’re so funny and gives me smtg to look forward to! You should make a video of a real time painting!! I think it would be really cool
I attempted to do this today and even though I mixed the colours pretty spot on it's not the way I would have liked it. It made me so discouraged so I took a break and I'm just watching how other people did it.
Lovely painting! I wanted to ask though, painting a Starry Night on a ceiling about 16 m² with acrylic paint and matching your colors or similar. Would that be a good idea?
Wow, your version of Van Gogh's painting is too amazing and adorable. You got a great talent. Thank you for time and sharing with us.
It's so pretty. I'm going to attempt this now... wish me luck :))
Hooray!!! Goodluck!
Good luck!
Break a hand
And a butt
Good luck 👍
Your style, choice of music, and friendly way of speaking made this video the most entertaining and relaxing 20 minutes ever... Thank you very much.
I’m 13 so I’m the “Van gogh is amazing type” So excited about trying this painting

Tip: If you want to use a plate for painting and your parents don’t like paint on their plates, use plastic on it so it’s easy to clean up.
This is super smart!
Old pie tins.
Good life love nice like thanks. Mike
Thanks
I use aluminum foil bc it makes the colors pop and the acrylic doesn't dry quickly! I highly recommend it.
Of everyone online painting Starry Night, your painting is the best! 💯
My siblings and I are going to follows this tutorial instead of a Bob Ross tutorial because we only have acrylic. It’ll be a fun quarantine activity thanks!!!!
Quarantine is over, how did the painting turn out?

Hi, thanks for the tutorial, i shared this video with my 9 year old daughter, and she loved your tutorial and followed it with poster paints and created a reasonably nice painting... hope you make more videos

I have painted maybe 4 things in my entire life. Thanks for explaining the colors and technique. Gonna do a spinoff of this using a campfire.
insanely good
The starry night is my favorite painting ever!
fr like in art we had to make it and mine was so accurate but the choice of colors were horrible bc we only had 5 shades to work with 😭

Haha! It is indeed a plat but it is EXCLUSIVELY a studio plate. I will never ever ever eat food of that thing. It is only for paints now.

This is lovely! I love it like, sooooo much!
Your paintings are awesome 😍
I love your videos. I just didn't understand why you used this base of color before you start to paint. I'm learning so much with you
What palette knife (knives) did you use? I don't see them listed. Beautiful painting.
Thank you so much , this is really helpful. I just had a lil doubt why we have to paint the base light brown?!
I will try to paint it today🤩🤩
Hooray! That's great! Good luck!
Love it!!!
