Thank you for this video! I'm curious to know what the holes in the clasps are for. Could you make a video about these holes and how you would affix them to the back of a bolo? Is it sewn on or is there a special tool to use? Thank you.
Hi Yonatan, 1) The holes are used to solder the clasp on to the back of our slide. The slides are cast with two posts and the clasp is aligned on the posts and then soldered. 2) When we make a custom piece say with a coin or arrowhead, the epoxy will oooze up into the holes and make the joint stronger. Cord Length depends on (a) your height and neck size and (b) personal taste. For a man 5' 10" or so, of regular bulk (not Eagle line man) a cord of 38" (without the tips) works well. For more sizing info visit FAQ's at www.rockymountainwestern.com/FAQ.html

Yes, the tips are installed with epoxy. They are not crimped.
What works best for metal cord?
METAL cord? Never heard of such a thing. Sorry.
