I can't do that on land! Let alone on a hose! I ride, and I now have great balance because of it!! Horses are my life! I couldn't live without them! Believe me! Horses are my WHOLE WORLD, they inspire me Ilove them, I'm getting tears and goose bumpyey typing this! I LOVE HORSES!!!!!
you do not have to be in gymnastics to start. i was not flexible at all before i started and now i am super flexible:) i hope this helped. Vaulting is sooo much fun
Joanne is such a technically correct vaulter. I can find no fault with that routeine except the leo - it's awful. Bongani kicks ass - this is what men's vaulting is supposed to look like. HARDCORE. (though I don't think a white guy could have pulled off that choreo) I like the second girl's choreography and expression. hate the leo almost as much as joanne's

I love this sport and I've done it before but even at the trot it takes much balance
The second vaulter is no help to the horse, the last vaulter was very in tune. Lovely video!

yeahh Bongani. When you fall off in a stand...just make it into an effortless clean downup back to stand again. haha that was a great save.
