I love the lore of this character being an old version of a Dark souls invader. And the intro made him look suitably psychotic and ready to burn shit up.

I love these thematic builds. These are more like separate characters than just builds. There are so few of those in PC and I rarely see anyone using them, however I love messing around with such.

Agreed. Closest for me was Great Chaos Fireball from Dark Souls 1, but it had shit range and I mostly used it for the utility of the lava pool. About time I can throw a mortar clear across the level and hit someone on the head.
I've always considered that but wasn't sure how many would actually find it interesting. I'm looking to make some Shorts soon and may include it in there! General rule of thumb is you push the left stick in the direction you're wanting to throw, and the camera controls the verticality of it. Just gotta get used to it after knowing that.
The int scaling is garbage. It's fine as a strength katana so long as you're willing to throw the minimum int requirement into it. Also I have Axe Talisman and Spiked Cracked Tear for big charged R2 damage, which you're also seeing occasionally.
I have this idea where you invade with a very scary lookin character. like abyss dark skin, large white smiling lips and white eyes. then probably wear somethin dark like night cavalry armor and black knife hood.

That'd be my editor Malastrome. He has my characters' customization sliders and can do some crazy stuff on the PC version with free camera shenanigans. So he does my thumbnails as well as any intro/outro segments (and, ya know, edits the whole thing as well lol).

The story of a new subscriber 🎉
Oh I hate that shit. I still want to see the literal hitbox in debug one day. It's got to be the same exact size as Catch Flame, if not somehow smaller. it can be easily jumped despite its huge flame.

I do have like 4 go-to characters, yeah. Considering I build characters with unique themes and backstories, it's a bit more difficult than other PvPers able to pump out videos like "I tried x weapon/spell today!" That said I do have some fresh stuff in the works. I just play the characters I enjoy the most and try to give the videos around them extra flare.

I personally like trying to pick character or character type I like and then seeing if they could exist in Elden ring. Got a bunch of marvel characters and I’ve been working on a bunch of classic medieval characters.

If you're comparing free aim fireballs, tiny hitbox O'Flame into Ichimonji combo, using Ichimonji to try to knock jumping players out of the sky, landing Ichimonji without combos, Gravitas pull into charged Ichimonji roll catch attempt, and pressing literally any other button combination to mindless Rivers of Blood L2 spamming then that is some impressive mental gymnastics lol. I think your L2s have gone to your head please press another button.
