it's the best garlic bread i have ever had
you'll need following ingredients
1/2 cups butter
1/4 cup chopped garlic (fresh)
2tbsp fresh chopped coriander
1/2 tsp crushed red chilli
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/2 cup warm water
1 tbsp instant dry yeast
2 cups flour
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
warm water as req
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard paste
1 tsp honey

Why you baked twice...if we bake once with mixture of butter, garlic and cheese... would it be correct?
Bcz by baking twice, the bread Will get hardened 😊

I baked again for only 1 minute just so the cheese could melt, I didn’t wanted cheese to be in oven for the whole baking time it makes the cheese really dry
