As with the previous praise+worship songs I released, my intentions are VERY much the same. Recording praise music to entertain doesnt make sense in my mind, so my intention was to honestly and sincerely WORSHIP.. coincidentally just with some cameras present :)
I want to state though, I don't want my faith or me living it out to build walls around ANYTHING or to exclude ANYBODY. I'll never shove it down anybody's throat or disrepesct beliefs different than my own, and I also expect the same from those watching this video.

Anyone notice how happy Cobus was when he played this song-all the smiles, singing of the lyrics, and constant head banging throughout (so much that his headphones almost fell off). There is just something about Christian music that makes you feel so humble and happy either playing or listening to it. God is so amazing and I'm glad to see Cobus worshiping him! Truely inspiring for us all!

Was looking through my old UA-cam playlists and I found this in a playlist with 3 other Christian song covers. Due to my upbringing, I used to be super religious and while I like ALL your covers, I remember finding these especially dope.
It's been about a decade. I grew up and have since let go of my faith. Watching this makes me miss that time when I still believed in something.

i like how hes just naturally groovin... unlike other drummers, whenever they do fills it looks so studied its like "hey im gonna do a RLKKRLKRLKK here" and you can only have a natural flow if you feel the music beat by beat.
I almost cried when I saw you playing this song... I'm deeply inspired by your drumming. Like you I'm also a drummer and whenever I hear songs that you play by your drumming I feel super happy especially when you're playing christian songs, especially praise songs..
