Superb video! Thanks! I love the bride, getting married, walk them down the aisle & P analogy. I'm a visual learner so this video really helped. Loved that you taught us what to look for in the dials, stitches etc before we start sewing.

pro tip: watch movies on kaldrostream. I've been using them for watching all kinds of movies recently.

It's been so long since I've sewed I forgot how to thread the bobbin correctly, and had been so frustrated until I watched this video. Thank you!!

If you want to have your light on while threading, but are concerned about the needle moving, pop the post of your bobbin winder to the right (as if you were filling a bobbin). It will disengage the mechanics at your needle, preventing accidental webbed fingers! 🖖🏻 Be sure and pop in back into place before trying to sew! 😅

Great tutorial, but I prefer to thread needle with auto threader on machine since it's easier on my eyes and clumsy fingers! Lol

The slider that controls the width of the zigzag also controls the needle placement when sewing a straight stitch. You do not have to have it set to zero when sewing a straight stitch. As long as your machine it set to stitch 13, you can leave the width setting alone, or use it to move your needle left or right.
