Well, I’ve had my HD since August and hardly used it, when I have, we’ve fallen out! Your video is so clear and understandable, wish I’d fell upon you months ago. Just think of the time I’ve not sewn anything. No stopping me now. Thankyou so much, you’re a 🌟
At last a superbly clear visual and vocal video - would recommend newbies watch this from the get go!! Would be great to see additional feet being attached and used e.g. walking foot etc.
Great video, I love the step by step easy to follow, wish I had this when I first bought my HD9. It came out of the box with a perfect stitch, love my machine, the only thing to make it better is a zig zag stitch.
Hi, I have the white HD9- Please do a video on all the accessories that can be purchased for this machine. Also, the best place to order them from. I have the leather kit but don't know how to use it...Thank you so much I enjoyed your video!
Very nice nails. Not ten colours,,,.good idea about two bobbin cases. Mark the heavy thread one with a spot of nail polish,,,I think you can use other Industrial sewing machines,,,pressure foot,,,feed dog and Plate,,,Bobbin case,,bobbins,,,the Large bobbin case will be different,,,you do a super Demo. But always Sew off the machine with fabric. It’s a good feeling to hear the machine run.
How much tread is left on the needle after you cut the thread with the thread cutter. I have a problem with thread pulling out of the needle after cutting.
I love how quiet it is I’m looking to purchase the white one as a gift to myself for Christmas since my 22 yr old Bernina can’t be fixed 😢 Does the extended table also come with the white machine as well? And are you having a holiday discount on this machine?
Hi...excellent video...I have a 1600P and it doesn't have those extra holes for the thicker thread. I'm assuming it's okay to just thread it like normal? I have a leather bag I am repairing.
The top thread tension disc ( the disc right after threading the arm or bar with the three holes) ... I have not found any instruction in the manual or youtube videos about how this does or does not affect the needle tension . Can you offer anything on this? I have the HD9 (white in color).
I believe it controls how long the tail thread will be when you use the auto threader. The looser it is the longer the tail thread will be when you cut it.
I have the HD9 - version 2. I've had multiple issues with tensions - top and bottom. My current situation is that it sews beautifully going forward but when I back stitch - the top loops and pulls and makes a mess. It has messed up several project areas. I have adjusted the top and bottom tension multiple times. It's a disaster! How do you fix this issue?

Hello, what is the best thread to use for upholstery fabrics, I've been using size 36s, would that be correct.
How much tread is left on the needle after you cut the thread with the thread cutter. I have a problem with thread pulling out of the needle after cutting.
Thank you for showing the threading. This machine recomments HLx5 needles or can i use regular Schmetz 80/12 if i sew only patchwork cotton?
Yes, absolutely
I've tried joining the FB Group, but haven't been approved.

Cameraman needs to realize he’s supposed to be the cameraman and shut up. Makes the video look amateurish.
Thank you for your input
