I just got a Harden & Steenback Infinity 0.4mm Needle and its a $300+ Airbrush AMAZING Airbrush But ehen i got it the originsl needle cover is closed off at the end allowing no flow if air or paint out the tip Cause its only purpose is protecting tip when not in use So b4 u can paint anything u gotta swop that out for the other one which is the best cause u can clean dry tip easy. But when i swoped them i accidentally turned the metal ring right behind the tip of needle counter clockwise which loosend the tip just a hair. But enough to cause bubbles in my cup so if I'd had done all this video suggests id be in way worse shape so b4 doing anything too drastic just take it slow and make sure its not a smaller problem than these videos "Diagnose"
Just a note in case anyone reading is having the same problem - if it's backflowing all the way through to the trigger then the needle packing screw probably needs tightening or the seal replacing. The latter shouldn't be a problem unless you've made a newbie cleaning mistake (like I did XD ) and damaged the seal.
Holy shit do not sand the needle. You're far more likely to damage the needle tip or change the tip profile than to fix any problem.
literally, makes paint coming out as splattering lol
Seems like the answer is too clean your dirty airbrush and that seems to fix a lot 💀

I swear I’ve been watching videos on airbrushing and cleaning it seems to be the answer for everything 😂😂

Don’t listen to him!
You will ruin your airbrush
Don’t use cotton disks or swabs. Or any tissue with small fibres. Use microfibre instead
And if you remove and forget to install gasket, this can be happened.
