I absolutely agree. I highly doubt they ONLY nerf, but, if even half of these are going to end up being a reality, I realy hope there's some substantial buffs to counteract. AND some new skill gems! We will have to wait and see.
Aura building was in a good place and it incentivized group play. Heartbreaking to watch them bang there nerf bat on the Aura Brothers and sisters again. 😢

Nothing is set in stone and we will have to wait for confirmation from GGG when they choose to reveal the official changes. There weren't any changes in 3.18, so players have had six months to exploit different mechanics. There have been massive nerfs of playstyles before - elemental conversion stuff for example. They always release the nerfs before they release the updated ascendencies - Chris has even joked about it, "PoE is dead!!", then the new reworks come out and people salivate over the new op skills, reworked trees, etc. Melee Chads will rejoice when Jugg gets expected updates, Trickster was king then nerfed, and will probably be king again. They never want players to just cruise for years on a single build, because that's what truly causes people to get bored of the game. We will all have to see the final balance manifesto (even if this is 100% accurate, it's not released yet, so it may be an early iteration) and then the patch notes on August 11th, oh and then the actual league before we should throw up hands and say "3.19 IS UNPLAYABLE!!"
"The explosion damage of this summoned is reduced by an additional 60%", is the Detonate Dead nerf. It makes those large spectres that players bring in for the the corpse pool more in line with the rest of the zones creatures.
I'm pretty sure that "enlightment stone's 60-70% effect reduced to 30-40% effect" is a nerf to a stone that grants potion effect. So this is a nerf to Mageblood. If these nerfs are true, community will be truly outraged.
Honestly, the fortitude change seems to be target nerfing ranged builds that abused free damage reduction. I think it may net out to a buff for melee since you would now be able to get sources of increased maximum fortification and then hit that cap (I think 30'ish is pretty reasonably attainable by most players, and I'm sure someone will get themselves to 50 with constant uptime).
Well if u asked me i dont really feel Like 3.19 is worth playing. I mean melee is even more dead without ls and nb. archmage is even more dead since defensive auras are too good to be passed. RF is dead since aegis is now a joke and fire trap duration will be silly. Champion is semi bad now. Deadeye is shit Class after this. Inquis wont use regen now i believe. Tornado shot... I wont even mention. I feel Likeggg was too hard to make gamę tedious and unfun. I guess this league will be dead very fast
For wardloop having only 100 damage taken would be a big problem from each ring, even using forbidden rite on top of that your cwdt levels would need to be lower to trigger which means you would need to keep you spell gems lower to trigger which would decrease damage. On top of that reduced duration on olroths would create more problems as you would need to make up that duration somewhere to keep it active at all times

Wont that Expolosive arrow change actually be a buff with a fast enough bow, since the wording of the nerf actually gives you MORE explosions since it is calculated independently? (smaller ignite, more damage overall)
I just got to finish atlas for the first time with RF Inquisitor, and bought an Aegis Aurora. Altogether, my build uses Fire Trap. 4 nerfs to the first build i learned. Yeah... I'm pissed.
Lol, I had a RF Trickster, great build at the time, could do most basic content, which was awesome for a noob like me at the time. Next patch came and the build took some nerfs that kinda made it unplayabe, I would have to know what I was doing to be able to actually play it again
Yea that really sucks :( they really hit RF hard and I have no idea why. It was nowhere close to the strongest mapper or bosser. It was an extremely consistent and reliable build that was very new-player friendly, and they just took a massive amount of power from it. I really don't understand GGG sometimes and how they choose to balance. Meanwhile if this document is accurate, Forbidden Rite as a skill wasn't even touched and it was MILES ahead of RF in every way, albeit more expensive.

The elites break the game and GGG fixes it. Meanwhile everyone has to deal with the fixes. At some point it's like, I never get to play the good stuff. And every time I get close to it, they take it away.
That's really what it feels like. I wish they would buff under-utilized skills to increase build diversity but they are continuing to make it worse and it is extremely disappointing. I'm struggling to find a build I really want to play at the moment when taking into account these possible changes.
I would like to see more variety in the end game builds. It seems there are only a few skills that can handle “end game” content. We will see what happens.

The Inquisitor node pious path is changed so that you only receive the life regeneration inherent in consecrated ground as energy shield, not your whole life regen, huge nerf. I'm guessing the new ascendancies in PoE2 are just not as interesting and they need to bring everything down to their level. Either that or CW is on a crusade to make everyone to need minutes per white pack combat again. it seems like they want to get rid of ward loop, and probably any loop variants entirely, probably because it messes up their servers, which already run like ass anyway The text on squire clearly says that the "all sockets are white" was changed, that line of text doesn't exist anymore, have fun finding a squire with colours that fit your build.
i dunno the list looks like something GGG would do,but on the other hand some things looks rather ridiculous 1) tornado shot looks like a joke change honestly(1 arrow hardcapped? fck off) 2) the squire(from what i can understand) will roll sockets like chayula robes(no more white sockets by default) , but that shield has a rarity of a fucking HH belt and you can't even make them white via corruption anymore too(socket color cannot be changed), what the fuck??

I really do hope this document ISN'T accurate because the Tornado shot nerfs, on top of the Deadeye nerfs, are insane. 2. If that's how The Squire will be then yea you're absolutely right. Makes absolutely no sense with an item of such rarity. I'm hoping this isn't how it works because that's flat out stupid!
Chris said in 2019 at exilecon that Tornado shot was not comming back, was surprised that it was viable again these last leagues. Seems they gave up on dedicated hardmode and just makes everything hard. From my perspective the game has a ceiling for gear/build that increases every patch it seems. And getting to that point is less and less fun. Having a blast atm with forbidden rite and aegis aurora. I get to enjoy that for a couple of weeks, but it took me all league to gain the currency. (played explosive arrow ignite elementalist)
Definitely a significant hit to, in my opinion, one of the most unique and balanced Ascendency's around. Inquis was going to be my go-to for next league with the nightblade and lightning strike nerfs I figured were coming, and now I have no idea what I'm going to do lol.
It definitely lost most of it's power when it came to adding damage to a skill gem. I still think the flat crit and elusive scaling will be useful in some ways but it won't be the single most powerful support gem any more, unfortunately.

Yep it was either this or the amount of flasks effected. We all kinda felt this coming. Thats why more MB were farmed this league then any other.

Real manifesto is even scarier, in fake one all cancer builds are nerfed, but in real one all builds will suffer.

Dont worry to much about this. The leak has been cofirmed as fake, so there is still a good chance these wont get nerfed.

If blessed rebirth goes through as said it is a huge nerf as currently blessed rebirth gives minions 4 seconds of being invulnerable
