- SPECIAL CASSAVA CAKE with delicious creamy toppings

Ingredients:
2 packs (16 oz each) grated cassava, about 4 cups
1 can ( 14 oz) condensed milk
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 bottle (12 oz) macapuno strings
(use only 1/2 bottle, the other 1/2 for topping)
Toppings:
1/2 can condensed milk
1/2 can or 3/4 cup evaporated milk or 1/2 can coconut milk
1 egg yolk
1/2 bottle macapuno strings
Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes then add toppings and bake for another 15-25 minutes

No I didn't. May brand na minsan matubig so I remove some liquid but this specific one I used on the video hind na.

Hindi ko pa natry gumamit ng flour. I am not sure kung ano ang maging kalabasan.

I follow ur recipe today without the macapuno i use cheese instead... it taste yummy but I am just wondering if sa video nyo po inalis ung extra liquid ng cassava... should i do that? Kasi ung ginawa ko hindi ko na piniga hhehehehe i just follow ung instructions hindi ko nakita sa steps ung pagpiga ng grated cassava before mixing...is ok na hindi napiga??? Its still taste yummy naman #myfirsttimetobakecassava
I used frozen grated cassava kaya ready to use na.

I use a real cassava and started from scartach super yummy even without removing thr excess liquid of grated cassava... thanks for the recipe
