- The boys have been smashing the MTB progression. At the playground and at Woburn Bike Park dirt jumps. Me, Ben and Jamie went to Adrenaline Alley which is one of the main skateparks for mountain bike and BMX in the UK, and perfect for learning new tricks on jumps. Ben was riding my dirt jump bike instead of his usual brakeless BMX - but I couldn't believe the tricks he's able to do on a big bike around the skatepark. The main objective was teaching Jamie how to backflip a hardtail. I can't wait to see him land it. Enjoy,

I really enjoy waking up in NZ to new videos from you guys. Lately watching Ben and Jamie's progression has far exceeded my expectation. I thought content might of slowed or halted with the surgery, but it has been some of the best so far. Good one lads! Awesome to see Jamie nail the backflip. But can we talk a bit more about Ben..... The invert, very nice! then throws a couple of nice 360's, clean and dipped on the last. Then he 360 whips and double whips into the pit. Ben looked to be having one of those days where everything was going right. Keep it up LADS!
I recently got recommended Matt's channel and I'm glad I did. These videos are awesome. Watching Ben and Jamie's progression & hearing Matt's thought process & coaching is so fun. Makes me want to go and ride!
Ben is getting buck wild here, his level of riding on parks is so high. He just needs that same confidence when he's hitting the dirt jumps cause dude has clearly got unreal skills!!

Guys, I don't even bike, and haven't in ages, yet somehow this is probably my favorite youtube channel. You guys always make it so exciting. Jamie is progressing so fast it makes it so fun to root for him. Ben has insane style and has gotten better by switching up with different bikes. I really wish he believed in himself more because he is like right there for pro. Matt is an excellent teacher, which really shows how much of a pro he is. Can't wait to see him back riding, but these videos lately have been epic.
I used to do gymnastics/parkour type of stuff for a short while. Learning to backflip was the scariest thing. You could easily fuck it up, but the mental block was insane. Once you got past that with a spotter, it was like the easiest trick in the book. I could front flip on flat ground before I could back flip. It made no sense because backflipping is easy, cuz like matt said, gravity and momentum does most of the work for you. Front flipping works against you

It was interesting to see how the Back Yard has ratcheted up Jamie‘s confidence. Personally I would feel intimidated on the unforgiving hard wood. He looked very relaxed and composed. Good for him. The back and forth between Ben and that other guy behind the camera about Ben‘s clothing line was hilarious!!!!😂😂😂

One of the best episodes I've watched in a long time! Absolutely loved the energy, and Ben has come so far since first messing round on your jump bikes! Dude is a freak of nature now. Big props to Jamie for hitting the backflip as well!

the way ben catches the whips vertical and then levels out is beautiful, might be time to get him competing, and overcoming the mental block for a backflip is much harder than doing a backflip, it still takes HUGE balls and jamie gets all the respect for overcoming such an obstacle

This was the best video to date to show how far Jamie has come, and ben's riding was far above what I thought he was capable of lol.
In early episodes Ben was straight slaying on his BMX that's kind of what got me watching. That and Frames of Mind which had some insane conquests by Mr Matt Jones himself.

ive overcome my fear of backflipping into a foampit on my own, so stocked to see you guys progressing so much!! I hope I will find the guts to do it again so i can backflip onto a resi ramp and one day on dirt, you gave me another confidence boost to not give up on it

I'm glad a lot of people are learning more about BMX. For anyone wanting to watch more I have some stylish riders to checkout. BMX is awesome and I highly recommend any MTB rider here to try it. I came from BMX and now mostly ride MTB. But both are great and you can have fun in BMX without having any access to infrastructure such as mountains or trails.
