  • Hangtown gave us hope. The juggernaut that is Jett Lawrence can, in fact, be beat. You can argue that he was hurt, but what you can't argue, is Chase's incredible ride from 40th to 1st. A feat Jett hasn't even accomplished (yet.) Chase's speed was other worldly, and with that speed, we may just have a championship on our hands. Oh yeah, we also talk 250's.

6th with the second fastest lap time in that second moto, mind blowing

It’s like Outdoor Moto said I’m still the heart of this sport and turned in one of the exciting weekends in a very long time.

Jett can't afford to be hurt at all this weekend. Like he has to come out and win. This weekend is the most important weekend for the 450 championship. Like if Jett goes 2-3 and Chase wins, it's close to over. Crazy things can happen though. Like it's totally possible that Chase is feeling himself and he does the same thing Jett did and barn yards himself. The mental part of outdoors is so important.

Agree... he is 30 points up... he can manage a Title if he keeps it on 2 wheels.... Jett not going to be 100% for at least a few rounds...

24 points , and it is too early in year to manage when you have a guy who can win all the rest

It was a good ride, I really like Chase he was the fastest on the track during the race, well deserved. Didnt get hurt though and wasnt on the ground for like 20 seconds with an injury and bike wasnt bent up with a ride through the pits so the rides arent really comparable. Either way big up to Chase hes been wanting this for a long time im glad he got it. Last to first is a real effort. Excited to see Jett and Chase battle it out

Ryder said himself he is only shooting for 5th through 6th. He is beat before even getting to the track.

As far as kid hitting BarX mech, they don’t give these low tier privateers much track time to know the track and it’s surprising this doesn’t happen more often. Pro Motocross needs to get these guys some more track time. Would make the racing a little more fair as well as safe.

40th to 1st sounds impressive , but he wasn't hurt/winded/no bike damage; numbers sound impressive, It's hard to quantify how hurt/damaged someone is how well they do...and I like Chase

Great ride by Chase. But way to early to be talking about managing this lead in points to win the championship.
Even if Jett isn't healthy 100% this weekend he will podium. And then the weeks after that he will most likely win at least 70 % of those races. If Chase wants to have a chance at the title he is going to have to get starts and be able to go balls to the wall every moto. Looking forward to see how this plays out. Being an Aussie I hoping Jett can get it done but respect to Chase for that incredible ride at Hangtown.👍🔥
