Interesting how you have a phone in your treehouse (judging from the "Treehouse" speed-dial), did you have to run a long ethernet cable from the switch all the way outside and up into the treehouse or did you use another connection method? Also, that 7965 looks great!
Assuming you are manually editing your config XML file, how are you handing the intercom lines within your PBX software? Are you treating them as standard directory number lines with that feature code in the XML (with auto answer enabled) and building those extensions in the PBX? Or are you using the intercom feature tag in the XML? Any time I attempt to add a second extension to my 8841s I have in FreePBX, they fail to register. I have no issues making the rest of by BLFs as speed dials or other feature keys, but anytime I add a second line past the primary extension, they fail so I’m just interested in how you are getting the primary line without auto answer and the intercom line with auto answer since they look like BLF Speed Dials on your phone.

I have a bunch of 79xx phones I'd let to get set up on FreePBX but could never get the SCCP manager working on it, it would just error out!
