Thanks I really enjoy your follow alongs, been suffering sever back pain after a rotation sprain on my left ankle 6 months ago, and it seemed I was going to have to live on pain killers. Decided it has to be the ankle cause no back treatments where helping and I had amazing results from foam roller work and it was an instant improvement on the pain from not being able to straight my back fully to pain free in ten minutes, , thank you very much I really enjoy your content, based in Surrey
MAGICAL! I've got right knee issues and found that my piriformis was at least part of the issue. I couldn't get my knees the same distance off of the ground when in a figure 4 position. After doing some slightly painful rolling on my piriformis, my knees are the same distance from the ground! Thanks!!! Liked and subscribed. 👍
Haha an Alien I think 👽 I used an automated audio enhancer to clean up audio on this on which reduces echo but sometimes also messes up the audio in places. It’s a distorted noise of roller peeling over the mat

I think hamstrings are done best with a MFR ball rather than a foam roller.
