if my cuttings are dehydrated, I like to put them in water when they’re freshly cut and then let them callous over after they take up some water.
I got like 100 one leaf one node cuttings from rehabbing right now- I look at it like this by next spring I’m going to have some nice new plants 😊

Sometimes props don’t pull through but we move on up! I’ve had some lemon lime cuttings that have been begging to see the light for months no matter what I do (every other maranta roots no problem, just lemon lime I can’t get to root it’s so weird) and so I finally decided it was taking too much mental energy and let it happen. Perhaps that makes me sound awful but it now means I can redirect that energy into looking after other planties and that’s what matters ❤
To get rid of fungus gnats, use cinnamon

Heyyyyy there’s our Planty friend! 🫶🏼☺️ I’m big time relating to the redo of propagations! I currently am rehabbing a rehab Maranta I took in from my sister and it is big STRUGGLING! I have partly chopped to water propagate incase the one in soil completely fails on me! It’s current emotional state is self hated but healing! 😏😆🤣
