Garlic is poisonous. Stop consuming coffee and start drinking raw milk. At first you will have diarrhea but thats just your gut microbiome re-populating. Raw milk will heal you. Garlic is useless and harmful
Ingest 3000 calories of garlic on top of your 2000 a day, infinite gut health. Once you get your gut health under control start swapping out some of that garlic for protein bars
Eric, this is a plea for you to return to UW Madison. I am a student manager at the Nicholas Recreation Center on campus. Recently, the board of directors determined that the Bazooka Deadlift and Arthur lift were too unsafe to be done in the facility. After talking with my director, Ian Malmstadt, he said that if you would be willing to return to your roots and put on a presentation for why the lifts should be allowed he would consider it. Please help us!

I forgot I had a Sindwinder, you made me go pull it out. I will add that Expand Your Hand bands from Iron Mind are also great for working the small hand and forearm muscles and are helping alleviate my elbow tendinitis. As I've gotten stronger I haven't been diligent about training my forearms and it's starting to catch up with me.
5gal bucket of rice works better than those bands. Stick your hand in a closed fist or claw pose and the deeper you go the more resistance you get. The bands are decent, I got a set with my CoC grippers but I hated having to keep adjusting the bands plus the rice doubles as a grip strength and endurance exercise too. Ancient Chinese secret🤫😅
I found this wicked ass FAT pull-up bar with incredible grip friction. It’s all bent and baked in the sun but is seriously my favorite pull-up bar of all time. Forearms are already denser and fatter
I got my heavy grips and weights up to 250lb grip like cake working on 300lbs it takes time and constant grinding I feel legit af I've been watching Eric and didn't realize how strong I am compared to everyone else. That just pushes me to grind harder on my way to world class. Thanks Eric you a boss.

Ay, one thing I've been doing so I actually don't forget to work my forearms is turning it into a compound with standing calf raises and some heavy ass dumbbells. It's legitimately the only way I could possibly work either of these two areas, I call the exercise Weakpoints, cuz it hits traps, forearms, and calves in one set and you're basically pointing your hands and feet up when you do it. There's also room to get even more creative with it by staggering the weight in each hand and challenging the core to stabilize more and just swapping hands midset
Eric, completely off topic but I was wondering what plates you use on your loadable dumbbells? I've got a pair and I've been curious what you've been using to get the amount of weight you have on some of the one arm dumbbell rows you've done.
