Hello! I love your channel/review style. Very detailed and informative. I like how you have the paper graphs and descriptions in the background during the review.
I'm new to IEM's and based off your reviews, I started with my CCZ Melody and then purchased the Coffee Bean in Brown! I even added an Ultra Budget aftermarket cable from VECLAN/Venture Electronics in the Colour Expresso, which matches the Brown Perfectly! 😍
I really like both the sound of my CCZ Melody and Coffee Bean. However, I enjoy the Bean more due to it having slightly more Bass than the Melody. I am a BassHead, but also like detailed, clear highs and fun sounding signature.
I just purchased the KZ Castor Bass Black version and waiting for it in the mail. I'm hoping I will like this IEM's Sound, as it will be similar to the Bean? I think you've mentioned it in a comment on your video of KZ Castor Bass.
Can you provide me your insight in this IEM the BLON x Z Jojo vs my current IEM's and other IEM's I'm interested in purchasing?
    Specifically:
    BLON x Z Jojo vs.
    CCZ Melody
    CCZ Coffee Bean
    KZ Castor Bass Black
    BLON x HBB Z300
    KB EAR Rosefinch
Which has the best Bass/Clear Mids/Highs and Fun Sound Signature? Will any of these IEM's I don't have yet, have a significant improvement of the CCZ Coffee Bean that I enjoy?
Thank you for the time to answer my inquiries Paul!
    Cheers,
    From Canada!

Tough, Jojo is close, less bass, less treble so you will need more volume possibly. Rosefinch is one any basshead should buy, it is unique at the price. Another big bass set you didn't mention is Juzear Clear, lots of bass, lots of treble. Not as safe as Rosefinch as there is some chance Clear will go fatiguing on you. Castor bass has an area of heavy bass, but doesn't carry into the mids like Melody. Not sure that is what you want or not so you probably need to try that style too. But it comes down to that area for Jojo vs Castor, Castor drops the midbass into the mids to keep clarity, Melody/Jojo carry more bass into the mids. That isn't a which is better, it is a which is better for you. Kinda hard to get around not buying Castor Bass and Rosefinch where Jojo is kinda expensive for what it is.

@@PaulWasabii Thanks sooo much for the detailed and prompt reply, I appreciate it Paul!
For sure, I like this price point IEM's I mentioned. I have to buy a Rosefinch now to add to my collection, so I can experience some variety of Bass Sound Signatures.
I realized after watching most of your videos/reviews, I missed the Juzear Clear and maybe others that perform near the $15 - $35 class. Thanks for the description of it. I do listen to all styles of music. So the Bright/Detailed/Airy sound I do like, but not to the point of fatigue/piercing. Also, the thin midbass sound I don't like. Which I think is because I like Bass a lot lol!
The Jojo was not an immediate buy for me, just as you said it is a significant higher price bracket for the similar sound it would provide versus what I already have/like. It just looks so pretty especially with the cable! I really like Bass mostly and clear detailed not too bright highs fun sounding signature.
I will keep learning and listening to my current IEM's and the Castor when it comes, to see what I like and still interested in trying next. Keep up the awesome channel and reviews! I also subscribed cheers! 😊

      @@PaulWasabii Just an update!
I haven't received my Castor Bass yet, but thanks to Amazon Prime Canada I did receive my KB EAR Rosefinch!
OMG the Rosefinch is a Monster Killer Insane Extreme Madness Sub-Bass/Bass IEM!!!! I can't imagine any other IEM that has more of both unreal!
I thought my Coffee Bean had lot's of Sub-Bass/Bass what?!?!
Just my initial listening of the KB EAR Rosefinch in comparison to my Coffee Bean, I did not compare my Melody at all......
I listened to a Live Concert Performance with real musicians/orchestra/strings/violins/drums/piano etc...and one EDM Dance Track....
I feel my Coffee Bean is overall a better balanced IEM of Sub-Bass/Bass/Mids/Treble/Vocals and Soundstaging.. It almost has the same amount/depth of Sub-Bass/Bass, just not the level of Weight, Impact, Slam and Hit.
The Coffee Bean's Mids/Treble stands out more and sounds Brighter. Which I don't consider the Coffee Bean or Melody Bright or fatiguing.
I would choose to listen to my Coffee Bean, if I wanted to have a better balance and accuracy of Sub-Bass/Bass/Mids/Treble/Vocals with good clean, more detail and separation of notes/instruments and that BassHead Sub-Bass/Bass with Fun sounding signature!
The Rosefinch adds the Most Insane, Extreme amount of Sub-Bass/Bass with Weight, Impact, Slam and Hit to any and all genres of music! Its sooo fun to listen to!
However, I feel the Rosefinch adds a veil, like smoke or haze of Bass everywhere to the songs Mids/Treble/Soundstage. The Mids/Treble are more laidback/less defined in detail and attack and accuracy. The Coffee Beans Mids/Treble/Vocals standout more and are brighter.
Also, the Soundstage of the Rosefinch is not accurate or defined as the Coffee Bean. It's more centred between my head. The Coffee Bean extends beyond the outside of my ears. It's not 100% perfect, but better than the Rosefinch.
I would choose to listen to my Rosefinch, if I wanted to add that Insane Extreme Madness BassHead Sub-Bass/Bass with laidback Mids/Treble to EDM Dance/HipHop/Rap or any/all genres music. Not natural or accurate, or defined but Fun/Energetic sound signature!
If some find the Coffee Bean/Melody too Bright, than the Rosefinch will sound better as to me it's more laidback in the Mids/Treble.
I enjoy both immensely. I can't wait to compare the Castor Bass to both.
If I had to give simplistic scores to both out of 10 to the Live Songs/EDM Dance Track:
      Rosefinch
      Sub-Bass - 14
      Bass - 14
      Mids - 7
      Treble - 7
      Soundstge - 6.0
      Coffee Bean
      Sub-Bass - 9.5
      Bass - 9.5
      Mids - 8.0
      Treble - 8.0
      Soundstage - 7.5
      Cheers!

How does it compare to the Blon BL-03?

  • @QRR-
    @QRR- Рік тому +1

Fortunately the tuning of Jojo is not what I like as I just bought BL-05s not long ago. I now pair them with a cheap silver cable and they sound decent to me, a bit vocal forward and nasal though. I hope I could combine the pros of both Z300 & BL-05s into one...

So there was an mis-tweet by Linsoul which mentioned BL05S. But no, this is closer to Z300 than BL05S which as you said, would be a great set to re-visit.

I am into The Smiths and Morrissey. I used to talk more about The Smiths and The Cure. I can listen to The Smiths all day on repeat with no issues.
