I’m in the same position I’ve spent a good amount of time and money on products and everything needed for my business when it’s not even ready and live yet I sometimes doubt myself and think is this just a waste of time and money but always go back and say to myself I won’t find out unless I take that risk either it goes good or it doesn’t and it’s a life lesson
@@azlewashington5132 definitely don't give up without trying first, cause then you'll live with that regret of "WHAT IF" and trust me everyone doubts themselves in the beginning (including myself). Stop buying stuff for the business until your fully ready to launch.
Yes, been testing for over a year but also have a full time job. I think the longest part of testing is burning the candles. Never wanted so much to have them hurry up and burn! 😂
You’re correct, the market is saturated. But, this is where your marketing comes into play. I’ll host 2 launch parties.mine in July and one in Sep. the July launch will tell me what scents I need to add for September…since my goal is to launch Oct 2024. The one thing I can offer newbies is to stick to a handful of scents and add as your knowledge and customer base grows.

I am in the perfection stage, testing, failures, regrouping……. I am not a ♍️, but if you care about the product you are producing…. You try to put out quality while perfecting it as you go. In the mist of continuing to motivate and encourage your self to keep striving and pushing forward.

it's expensive AF!! that's why if i had to start over again I would be very intentional on what I spend my money on

I completely agree with the lack of space. It never dawned on me when getting inventory where was I going to put it. And it’s EVERYWHERE 😂

This year lots of candle businesses in the UK are failing, saturation and recession is hitting hard.
