    you can survive no chance orcs if you get really lucky, ive done it twice. to survive you do exactly what you would normally do just you cant see the UI. so never give up when you die to a no chance, just press a button and time it right and hope you get lucky and you might survive.

    Heres something about the game I personally found interesting:
    If you equip the right gear I am pretty sure if you have the correct gear on that undead allies take way less damage than they are suppose too (I think around 100% less-175% less altough I am not sure of the exact number honestly.). But that has interesting implications. Something I did with a undead build was that I intetionally let one of my hacked orcs died and revived him. Then when went onto a siege with said undead hacked orc. Even though undead orcs have a vunerability to fire they are suppose to take is negated by your build. I dont think its as busted/comptaible with a wraith-giver build but it is still pretty fun and interesting to play around with. Check it out if you have the time.

    • @teeteexdproductions
      @teeteexdproductions  Рік тому +2

      Yeah any Ringwraith gear (undead faction) will give damage resistance to undead followers basically, such as the mask of the undying that people use a lot in high end builds. I think it’s something like 50% damage reduction though, definitely not 100% as that would make them invincible 🤣

    • @teeteexdproductions
      @teeteexdproductions  Рік тому +1

      But you raise a very good point that undead hacked orcs are particularly strong, as they are unbreakable so you can’t shame them

    Broo I gotta tell ya your doing fab on the Sieges but you gotta get faster in order to accomplish gold. But with that gear u can and sometimes you JUST CANT. I know I had that same gear gear until I CREATED MY OWN GOD BUILD. Burning everything in sight and destroying fort Gates and walls and All graugs to. It took me 5k in Red Gems to accomplish this but great stream keep it up🙌

    Highly recommend Fear on Pin and fear on Ice Finisher. Both of these let you set up fear chains, but not only this, but you can Wraith Stealth Chain off of feared targets and then use that to hit Captains as your second or third target - with a Vengeance Dagger that has more crit damage 33% as secondary bonus and as low health as you can get, this is roughly half the health bar on average health level 85 captains. Sometimes it just oneshots them if they aren't Vigilant against Stealth. On Brutal Difficulty at max level, you often have such insane sword damage that you instantly Ice Finisher frozen non-Olog Uruks rather than flurry them. The Ice Finisher fear will scare 6 Uruks away at max, and is extremely easy to pull off - the other Ice Finisher upgrades don't feel as useful since all hacked orcs end up immune to frost, so the AOE effect doesn't end up being that good.. I also agree with not taking more fear on Brutalize, having an easy x10 combo build-up if you get it broken for some reason is just really good. Grunts are very cowardly during fort sieges, so it's easy to Fear Pin-> Brutalize for a quick x10 and then be extremely close to having two-handed sword attacks as you enter a fight. I will concede that I hadn't considered Crit-on-Flurry, though, that's probably an insane amount of damage inside Elven Rage.
    As for Pinning Shot, I think it's better to just build up Might against Olog Captains and use Elven Light to stun them for a year while you tear into them with 2-handed sword attacks, and they can do nothing about it. You can also just use Elven Light to stun->mount abuse them like you normally would against a headshottable Olog, but this is not as much damage.
    On Brutal Difficulty with Fatal Might, you need 4 sword hits or Waters of Lorien dashes to gain one might bar. Against defender captains you need 8 since dashing behind them doesn't grant half of the time depending on where you dashed into them. I don't know if max prestiging Might gains will let you do 3 sword hits for a full Might bar on Brutal, I haven't gotten 600 points into the prestiges yet.
    On the Counter upgrades: I used to think the Mighty Reversal as the preferred option, it isn't. It's better to reroll-scum for Might on Kill for your chestpiece so that you get 10 Might on kill, letting you get a proper amount of might for each Counter Kill. I'm not sure if Might on Kill is better than Might on Crit for the chestpiece since you could in some situations build up a lot of might in 3 shots just headshotting grunts with uncharged shots (since Might on Crit is the best for a bow). On the other hand, imagine Talon Striking or Mighty Shotting a group of grunts - you have a lot of Might, and can immediately start clearing waves, then you go into Ringwraith/Elven Rage and it's just GG for whatever is around you.
    On Mighty Shot, unfortunately you start dealing so much damage by lategame that you often oneshot hordes of grunts with this. I do not recommend an element for this, because the concussion from Mighty Shot can set off grog explosives nearby, refunding you might back and increasing your hitstreak. This also prevents you from hitting an Enrage card than if you used any of the elements.
    Shadow Dominate circumvents Arrow-Proof, by the way. As long as a captain is broken, you can always dominate them this way, and it's far preferred over Consuming a captain if you intend to dominate them.
    I used to use Rain of Blades back in the early game with my Vengeance Dagger, and if I could go back, I would've just had 33% more crit damage on it instead. Being able to massively chunk captains with stealth, ranged, or melee attacks is far more worth it than having a double-charged might bar on demand, even though this is a tough choice. Rain of Blades is still mildly useful with Waters of Lorien to build hitstreak quickly and safely, but I recommend just using fear chains->brutalize to do this instead if you don't have Might available. Otherwise, Mighty Shot and Elven Light build up Hitstreak the most.
    The two big ones for me: I really like Elf-Shot on drain and Chain-Consume. I have never felt that I needed the extra health from Bright Lord's Wrath, since you can just make up for it by draining 2 grunts in a Consume chain. Ologs get one-shot by charged shots at lategame, and are fairly easy to fear-chain otherwise. I think Olog Lord is also pointless when you have Shadow Dominate, since it works against them.
    Fun fact: Bestial Rage lets you run over a non-Olog captain that is not a Beast Slayer and instantly kill them with a Mounted Execution while they are on the ground. If this is done on a captain, your mount also doesn't lose health doing this, due to the cinematic killcam! There are other ways to knock them down in sieges, but running them over and then cleaving them in two instantly is so satisfying. I have zero idea if hacked orcs are Beast Slayers, I think I'll try this and report back. Beastmasters are always Beast Slayers. This strategy is primarily what carried me throughout Brutal difficulty in the early game.
    Glaive Striker is objectively better for Might Gain, by the way, since it gives you reasonable safety if a grunt tries to run up on you, and it applies might gains for every single hit you gain as if it were a singular sword attack.

    • @zonnschijne1232
      @zonnschijne1232 Рік тому +2

      Bad news: You can't. The cheaters really thought of everything. You can tell if a captain is a Beast Slayer if sprinting with a caragor at them doesn't knock them down. Beast-Proof captains that are not Beast Slayers are still susceptible to this strategy, though.

      The Waters of Lorien helmet is really tempting but I refuse to progress the story where Talion gets betrayed. I found someone on youtube (i forgot the name) absolutely crushing hacked orcs by using "casting elven light scatters explosive" set. They don't catch on fire but they take damage from the explosions.

    There really isn't anybody putting any content out for this game and it's sad to me so thank you for keeping the game alive I just recently started a playthough on p.s. and I've been trying to farm the wrath giver, but to no avail, I'm doing the ground and pound skill after death threating canptains with no elements and having discerning eye on Anything else I could do?

      To farm the wrathgiver, I did exactly the method you just described, but I did them in Nurnen as you get a nice little 1v1 on top of the watchtower. Just a note that the sword won't actually be called "wrathgiver", you need to level it up via the challenge to get the title. You need a sword that says it gives you 10 wrath on an execution

    I've been playing the game as of late and I wanted to ask, how do you obtain pieces of equipment that's over level 80? I know that swords can sometimes be taken from you by Ologs and reforged five levels higher. What about cloaks and everything else?

    • @teeteexdproductions
      @teeteexdproductions  9 місяців тому +2

      I think for other items you need to kill a captain of that level. If you do siege defences you can meet captains up to level 85

    Any plans to breakdown how the fighting pits are a waste of time? I kept using them to level up captains, but all it does is increase their level, not their stats. Am I using the pits wrong? Are there any tips or tricks you know of to actually improve captains (I've found best way to get enragements is to go Graug, Caragor and "Terrified" captains hunting out in the map, but I always end up with the same 4 enragements - Caragors, Bestial Frenzy, Graugs and Cowards - but I'd really like to get things like Injury, Weakness and Curse/Burning/Poison)
