Pretty much the same as you. Protein powder for oatmeal, shakes and of course ice cream. Pure protein bars. Can’t beat the price and micros. Haven’t seen the mint one but will be looking for it. 5G creatine & 5G beta alanine daily. I do take 2 sleeping aids each night. Got hooked when I use to work overnights. It helped me sleep during the day. No longer doing overnights but still take them.
Nice! Those work shifts can definitely mess you up! I fly across just about every time zone every month for work and it messes me up most of the time. Just have to sleep when I feel tired. Have you tried maybe to go down to 1 or 1/2 a night to start weaning off?
Definitely plan to do just that. Working on switching jobs so I can be closer to home and better benefits. Thinking it would be easier to wean myself off of them at that point. I could literally sleep an an extra hour everyday then what I currently get to do.

@4AM_DJ you have to consider that it’s not possible to respond to thousands of comments on multiple videos a day. Most big UA-camrs who do respond to comments typically only do so for the first hour or so that a video is released.

@@dadbod83 yep, it really doesn’t take much aside from consistent hard work & proper diet. I used to workout in the morning, but the last few years my body has started to need a couple hours after waking up to loosed up and not feel stiff. My favorite time of day to workout is usually around 1-2pm.
What you said about the "Hard core stim" was completely incorrect and it actual has less caffeine then the Pre workout 2.0. Good video, but considering you are a affiliate you gotta know more about the formulas.

Well, I only take one scoop at the most of the caffeine PreWorkout and then a scoop of one of the pre pumps. So it is relevant to me because if I took a scoop of the hard core instead of the 2.0 then I would be taking in more caffeine. But I’m still not sure what you’re getting at. I know they’re different formulas, but for all the ingredients that are in both, the Hard Core has more of everything on a per scoop basis including caffeine. Can you explain how the hard core has less caffeine?

Taking one scoop of 2.0 with nothing else also has bare minimum doses and would be silly, more of your audience is gonna take the full dose and you neglected and lied about the hard core stim having “more caffeine” which isn’t true. The way you speak about it shows your lack of understanding of the formulas, you make great videos and I’m not discrediting you but this was a misleading statement that you made.

To me with the reasons why you won't take some of this stuff not everything but some of it it sounds like you're just a weak-minded person that gets addicted to things too easy like literally a sleep aid if you think that you're going to get hooked on a fat burner or sleep agent and that tells me that you're just weak minded
I guess you could say that, but you don’t know if you’ll be addicted to something until after you take it. But I would argue the opposite. If you think you need to take a fat burner to lose weight, then you’re just weak minded in that you can’t do it on your own… I’ve seen lots of other guys start taking drugs as soon as they go on a cut because they think they need it to lose weight. And for things like a sleep aid, if you can’t sleep then you should probably fix the underlying issue.

I was laughing when watching one of his latest videos of him talking smack about Andrew Tate’s proprietary blends in his new supps because Greg basically had a proprietary blend in his turkesterone supplement. And I didn’t say it’s a PED, I said (as Greg has said many times when promoting it) that it was on WADA’s watch list so it COULD BECOME a banned PED in the future. But a PED is a drug that enhances your performance. That would include things like caffeine & creatine so I wouldn’t think it’s too far fetched to say that Ecdy builder is a PED. Regardless, so many young guys don’t even train hard and think they need to take a bunch of supplements to make gains. All it takes is consistency with diet and training which most people lack…
