Thanks very much this was very helpfull! We have a Horizon 40A and also looked at your previous posts before buying it and they were very helpfull. Its an amazing coach.
The video is informative. One thing i would add. given the amount of anti-freeze you ran through the faucets you could have saved adding to the traps. The only time i add to traps is when i winterize with air. Which is what i do now. For anyone using anti-freeze this is a great video. Thanks for posting.
Very informative! I have never seen how to winterize a dishwasher, fridge or washer & dryer, and I wanted to know. I never use air. The potential for high pressure in the lines is worrisome. The water pump will never over pressurize. Maybe you could remove the filter for the fridge? Anyway, if it's working for you, keep on! Thanks for this video!!
Takes me about an hour. But I have been winterizing RVs for 20 yrs. It’s not hard. Once you winterize it, you don’t need to do it again unless you use the RV a and use water again. When I go to Florida, I winterize again on the way back north, usually in South Carolina

I added it to the video because someone will comment I missed the traps.

Thanks, it doesn’t affect the filter in the fridge. I still have the original one in the fridge going on 3 yrs.
It looks like a lot of work, if you lived in the south like Florida or Texas, then you don't have to go through all that, lol, by the way, good job.
Do you have to do anything to the aqua hot system itself to winterize? I’m new to the tankless water heater RV life.
Nope, just pump the antifreeze thru the hot water faucets. Everything you need to do is in the video.
How long does it take to completely winterize.
Do you have to repeat during the winter.
