Great Idea with the drain trough! And I like your production process.
Great video! Watching this gets me all that much closer to buying a Woodmaster...still trying to decide between a single and double drum model.
Nice looking boards, I wish mine turned out looking as good as those.
Sanding = Misery lol. As always amazing work brother.
Bro... you know it. Sanding is the worst!
How do you prevent Paduak bleeding to maple?
What are your dimensions, large? Med? And small. Those are beautiful…
Thanx for the videos, quick question would u consider putting poplar n ur cutting board mix ????i
you mentioned oak for cutting board. Oak is an open grain wood and it will soak up the juices form meat. How do you seal it from doing that forever?
What tool did you use at the end, after laser engraver?
What is your typical starting dimension before planning? Looks like you stat with 35" piece sticks and i am tying to get my own process down and was wondering what you are starting at? What is the typical size of your boards. looks like you have many different sizes.
Good video! How do you store a bunch of boards after you have them finished waiting to be delivered or sold?
Question for you why did you not use the drum sander to help you out?
TBH, the drum sander doesn't do it much faster. Had I used it, I would have only done so for the rough sanding though. Thinking of getting a dual drum sander though. That will definitely change my process for finishing boards.
No end grain boards?
Those are the next batch!
