Hey Mike, I was driving around in my NC, and I heard the perfect tongue in cheek theme song for the NC Miata The perfect top-down song is "Sailing " by Christopher Cross. I've had my 2012 GT PRHT for a year. The original engine had 256K miles and suffered a catastrophic oil failure. My friend gave me the car and bought a new 2022 GT PRHT also in black. I had a new Mazda crate engine installed. I named her Mariah Miata. " They call the wind Maiah.....". Best wishes for continuing success with Flying Miata. Thanks for the video
I installed these aluminum racing pedals in my NC1 this evening. Went about as expected, thanks to this video. The dead and gas pedals were easy, but the clutch and brake pedal were a pain to drill out. The results, however, were worth it. I was wearing a pair of Vans with the crosshatch soles on the test drive, and they grabbed the pedals really well. The slippery rubber pedals with 50,000 miles on them are gone. Once again, thanks, Flyin’ Miata!
I've had this pedal set installed on my NC for almost a year now. Other than greate looks it made a hugue positive difference when using pedals with wet shoes either from rain or snow.
i love the idea, and it has helped me a bunch, just a shame the similar, extended pedal on the NA has a little step in it, it would have been even better if the extended pedal was level with the old one!
That accelerator cover looks horrible! It doesn't even match the contour of the stock pedal & part of the stock pedal hangs out from behind...Looks shoddy
Hmm. Maybe the view doesn't show it very well but it does match the contour (top to bottom) of the OE pedal. However, it does overhang (to the brake side) slightly at the bottom so that you have a closer step when doing heal/toe maneuvers. We kinda think that's a good thing, really.
NC love!!!

We really like them for that same reason!

We're glad it helped you!
Is it not possible to remove the rubber on the gas pedal and dead pedal?
Good question! Both of those are plastic pieces and there's nothing to remove before installing the covers.
