9:25 - I am an avid racer and tourer. During my course of Chennai to Mangalore trip often I was using a branded performance air filter, the main issue is all the dust enters the carb or injectors , finally reaches the engine piston and cylinder skores off. I had to change the engine, over head and entire fuel feed system, all because of fine dust particles. We can even put a free flow exhaust but using a free flow airfilter is kill for motorcycle reliability.
Dear Bulu bhai, I have been following you since long and have seen all your series of Bhutan trip with Jaysn veerji. With due respect, I would like to mention that I have many known and friends who have already installed outex kit on Interceptor. I have a friend who is using outex kit on interceptor for over 2 months. Though this video can be the first vlog of interceptor with outex kit, but definitely it is not the first interceptor with outex kit. Still, I appreciate your video as it was detailed and informative. Thanks for the same

interceptor is a higher segment bike which we got for cheap. pirelli sportscom single tyre cost 13k .. alloy wheels will cost over 30k for handling all the power. not like classic 500 which does 120. interceptor is capable of over 180kmph this is very reasonable as its costly glue thats used to handle those speeds. outex is not some local brand. its tested on ducatis and tigers
Something very informative. One doubt if we r riding in a speed and we cross poth hole and spoke wheels bend by mistakenly. Will the air leak or go out from anywhere?
Brother there is an Engineer at Chandigarh who charges Rs 4000 per bike and seals the rim so that you can go for tubeless on Spokes wheel. He also have the set up to balance the rim but there are extra charges for it. And instead of using Silicone based compounds, He uses his specially formulated compound that doesn't deteriorate by chain lubes or oil or even heat.
What if you drop your vehicle in a pothole and one of your spoke flexes inside. That's the advantage of being a spoke, and doing it may tear that rubber lining.
Very very Expensive bulu bhai. Good quality alloys can also cost around 20K. And also now Spokes made for tubeless are available in some foreign countries.

The method you have shown in this video, what's the cost and what is the durability of this product??? Any place in Delhi to get it done.
Have you guys ever noticed the spoke rims have more width than the alloys soo the actual surface of the tyre touching in spoke wheels is more than the aloys which are being sold by re right now
Bhai not the first int650 we already have one int650 in our Delhi group which is using this kit from past few months now. But i have also heard about user experience of One tiger owner where his front tyre failed as the spoke Peirced through the outex tape and he had a hard time looking for the 21inch tube. So surely not a 100% valid solution for the tubeless conversation.
I think the cheaper Formula X tire sealant works better. For 17k , I don't think it's worth it this outex thing. If something happened to one of them spokes, might have to remove this outex seal and rework the entire thing which is again going to cost a lot. So yea this is not worth the money.

In short, no. For a longer explanation read on. You don't need to remap the ecu unit when changing parts which are monitored via sensors. The oxygen sensor balances how much fuel and air mixture is to be pumped into the cylinder. If you change the air filter, more oxygen (technically air) comes in and respective fuel is also pumped in.
