I have an iphone 13 with iOS 17.5, should I upgrade to 17.5.1? I noticed my battery doesn't last as long. Before I used to have an iphone XR, bought it second hand at 95% and the first year the battery was really good. Now, this new iphone 13 I got from an authorized distributor doesn't last as long :( is this normal? I need to charge it every night.
Currently, whenever I disable wifi from the control center, and then swipe away from the control center. It comes right back on and same if I go to settings, it says it's still on via control center
I feel like when I updated o 17.5.1 I feel like it messed up my battery not significantly but noticeable. My phone used to be at around 60 percent in hour 4. No in hour 4 its around 40 percent. (Btw I have iPhone 13)the battery is sill good but it can last me a whole day with 2 percent,but before it lasted me with 14 percent , I hope iOS 18 doesn't mess up my battery
20% less after same usage is definitely significant...also, you shouldnt update your iphone to IOS 18
My problem is that before I got the update everything was ok. after I got the update my speaker sound is weird, like it’s not as loud anymore. Is there a reason why, and how can I fix this?

I am dealing with phone battery draining and heating issues. My phone heats up while on charge and a message pops up stating that my battery charge is on hold due to the temperature.
My 15 pro gets insanely hot when charging as well as it dies faster 😭 was really going to go to my Apple Store to take off beta

I have the iPhone 14 pro and since I installed the new update my battery drains much faster. Hope they fix it at 17.6!
Have you found a fix? How long does your battery last? Mine goes down every few minutes
@@lloydh6300 I am now on the iOS 18 developer beta, and now it drains even faster. That's not surprising, of course, because I'm on a beta version.
Audio recording inside apps like WhatsApp microphone is working great in Camera, 17.5.1, issue appears on this version no solution

Always stick to the lowest possible version with IOS if you can. Updating is basically always a bad choice.
My problem with iOS 17.5.1 is my iPad that used to have over 6gb of system data went up to 9gb I didn’t know the cause of it
My 15 Pro Max used to take 7 minutes before 1% charge on iOS 17.5 but after updating to 17.5.1 my phone 1% charge sometimes ends in 5 minutes and sometimes takes 7/9 minutes to finish 1% charge. This problem is happening since iOS 17.5.1 update.. Will this problem be solved in iOS 18??! And your phone is also having this problem ???!!
broooooo same problem just bought this 15 pm 1 week ago having sometimes touch issues or sometimes heating dont know i hope ios 18 update fix this issues my 1percent battery drop is around 5.30 mins is yours same too ??

Just stick in iOS 16.
Never update IOS if you dont have to. Its always a trap and always worsens your experience.
All of a sudden my 2 month old 15 pro max is getting really hot. Battery drops faster than when I first got it, also. Regretting getting this phone. 😢

Because all iPhones get the same update and for a good amount of users saying they experience all kinds of issues and you don’t seem suspicious.
