Great job showing the way to find the bulb housing. It helped me. You don't need to take the wheel off to get to it though. Turn the wheel entirely to face the inside of the car and pull off the tabs from the wheel well cover. I just reached through the hole and swapped out the bulb and closed it up in 30 minutes using a pair of needle nose, flat head, a #8 torx (I think that was the size) with a 3" bit extender on my impact drill.
$180 to replace turn signal?! I couldn’t believe it. GM/Cadillac can’t do this to their patrons and expect them to return...too many other options out there. No matter what age or status this car is directed/marketed for, I should have the option to change a light without having to put three hours into it. GM, you STILL don’t get it.

heh. Be glad you don't have to replace the back ones. You have to replace the entire casing. $850.
