- So it's been some time...
As you could've guessed by the fact that i haven't uploaded in a while, i've been a little busy, both with irl stuff and with work on this track. This is, in my opinion, my best track yet by far. I have put a lot of effort to make sure i would outdo myself when creating the theme for the second phase of p-s, and as the first video has garnered quite a bit of attention, it's been my utmost important job to make sure that this piece is the best it can be, as such i've taken my sweet time to put out the best i could muster. It is also because of the setting that this track would be placed in and the fact that i wanted it to be as finale-sounding as it could be, it does deviate from the ultrakill style in some aspects, such as there being a chill portion of the song, and the general vibe being a lot more meloding than the rythym focused beats of Ultrakill's OST.
For now i will focus on other things, but i will sooner or later come back to finish this album with the third "final stand" phase theme (which will be a shorter cinematic track that would play when the boss is doing it's "final attack"). Also, just to mention, i now have discord server... I was initially hesitant to make a server so soon, but after some people 'convinced' me to do it i decided to actually do it... so here it is: / discord
Do keep in mind that i may not be always active there though, generally however i should be able to respond.
Anyway... Making this track has been really fun and i've enjoyed every moment i have spent on it, depite it's daunting length... hope you enjoyed.

I know the Primes are known for their bad ass dialogue, however, I think for something like this it would be so much more powerful for it to simply turn to you, unfurl it's wings, and VIOLENTLY begin to attack you

This really does make you feel like your fighting something so impercievably powerful, an entire worlds worth of power, banded together with the only goal is to put and end to your wrath. And yet you (V1) with all the odds against you, blood being your only motivation, still manages to take it down. You did an amazing job with this one!

Player could keep trying again and again. And some time after even the strongest (killable) enemy will fall
The entire concept of Hell in Ultrakill is an eternal damnation and death after death just for the sake of... fun, I guess?
And V1 is the main character in this bloody story, always getting resurrected to entertain the crowd, as everybody in hell. There's no death, just a second try
So, I think, that's the only way it could have ended, unless the player gives up... just to try again later

Dude, this is insane, it feels like the middle or ending act of a true finale, hell both “the final flame” and this are insane works, i am so excited they are both out now, but now im sorta hoping there will be one final true finale piece that includes motifs from all of the levels that just smoothly blend together into one major grand finale that truly makes you feel as you hear the motifs of all youve been for, but then again that song would either have to wait or be updated once act 3 comes out, but still this is a truly awesome track that i hope is continued into one big finale that truly pulls some emotion

Absolutely stellar work, i envy your ability to create music that can have an emotional impact, be long and still not getting too repetitive. This is definitely the best track by you and it is good that your taking a lot of time to work on these so they turn out 10/10. Anyway wish you the best of luck keep making bangers 🙏
Now in my opinion, this theme is pretty freakin' good, however a flaw I noticed is that the theme constantly sounds like it's building up towards some kind of climatic breakdown, or motif, only to then not get it as the theme then suddenly builds towards something else. It's like you're waiting for a big payoff, only to never get it... Nevertheless, it's still good, and I look forward towards seeing what you make in the future.
Being honest im thinking that effect is intended, a battle that builds up to one thing, then another, not showing whats being built up to, then the final song will be what this was building up to
I think thats to build momentum for the third installment of this trilogy.

you have a VERY strong start here, instrumentally you've made something quite impressive, maybe you could use some guitars or something to add "meat" to the song, but other than that, you have something great going. Compositionally, however, this could use a lot of work. I can see your vision but it seems poorly executed in many places, particularly the intro. Much of the time, it is dissonant to a fault and misses the mark by a significant amount, but nonetheless you show tremendous promise and I wish you the BEST of luck in your future endeavors.

Did you put any leitmotifs into any of the P-S songs so far? Because if not, I think it'd be absolutely sick to have something like order, the death of God's will and war into the track. But seeing act 3 isn't out yet I figured you haven't
I did actually use the order and war leitmotifs in the first song, at 3:31, though it's not obvious because i had to change them a little to fit a different time signature and scale.

@@hhhhhh-zz2fw yes, it's supposed to have three phases with each one having a distinct theme, though so far i've made only the themes for phase one and two. I will make the phase three theme, eventually
