Well, maybe like Luka English V2, which is probably the worst Vocaloid English voicebank in terms of accent. Anyway, a Japanese voicebank will never be able to produce good English, because phonetics-wise there are just too many things missing.

While it does sound rough in a few parts (like in the beginning), it is pretty true to the modern day pronunciation of English (at least in America). Nowadays, people use shortcuts to say simple words (you - ya, to - tuh, I - ah), so it’s understandable even without the words.
