The reason you are my favorite cocktail channel is because you taste the drinks and describe it to us and give us your opinion. The other youtubers only make the drinks and never try them. Thank you so much for great videos!
For a change, I have **ALL** the ingredients for one of your drinks I am so making this one Stevo. Only because you said it was delicious. Good day mate!
Tomando uma caipirinha agora 😋😋😋😋Perfect. Taking a caipirinha now, perfect. I like to prepare myself. 1 lemon 45ml Cachaça Sugar to taste And ice.😋😋😋😋👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
@@StevetheBartender_ Ohh is so good to much ,do and you will love😋🥰. It's simple. Lemon, sugar, rum and ice. Real brazilian caipirinha. I'm from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.😘
It's been waaaaay to long since I've indulged in a Caipirinha and it was a delight to try this orange version of Brazil's fav cocktail. Hi Steve, just made and drunk this. A third use for my bottle of Cachaca after Caipirinha and Ran de Galo from your app. If I can get a pineapple to juice tomorrow though, I will make a Lil Smokey from Lui Fernandez recipe. Nick from York
Have you tried wine caipirinha? It's really good! And we also have caipirinha using other fruits instead of lemon... My favorite is strawberry, and grapes are amazing too!
Yo Steve, Since Cachaca is made from fermented sugar cane juice, will that play into the amount of time you can use it after its opened? I'm guessing it should be good because of the high abv, am I wrong?
Hiii, im from Brazil and caipirinha is only "cachaça + fruit + ice and sugar (or not)". Only cachaça and fruit.. Not with syrup and other things. The clássical is with lemon but my fav one os strawberry with passion fruit... And without sugar... With cachaça or vodka. Kisses from Brazil
In redoing CAIPIRINHA video, please use white sugar as it is the tradition in Brazil, and do not shake - just muddle lime with sucar and complete with ice and white Cachaça.
That sounds like a tasty cocktail! Is it better than the classic Caipirinha? I have never tasted a Caipirinha or Caipiroska but I want to make a Caipiroska soon since I already have a bottle of vodka.
I like how you look way younger and freshier (not sure that's the right word but I hope you get what I'm sayin) in recent videos than 2 years ago. Must be the cocktails. Checkmate, teetotalers!
I think having good quality triple sec like Cointreau/Gran Mariner always comes in handy! I use it for margaritas, sangrias, old fashions, etc. You can also create your own liquors out of pretty much any ingredient you want. I just made grapefruit liquor recently by cooking down the peels to extract the oils of 5 grapefruits, straining in the juice, and adding in a cup of simple syrup.
Lemon Sqeez Ok nice. Because I don’t want to spend to much on one liquor and then use it just for one cocktail. Aaa nice. Well I have at home snoops and I tried to mix it with some juices and was pretty good. One of the syrups the most useful most are probably simple syrup and granadine?
blackappleslo Yes, but simple syrup is super easy and cheap to make yourself because it’s just sugar and water. I’ve never missed grenadine because it’s mostly just used for red coloring. I think fresh citrus is also very important first step so I suggest getting a fine mesh strainer, bag of limes, and pre-squeezing the juice to save time when you’re mixing.
Steve, I'm curious as to why you say shake for 12 seconds and then only shake for, give or take, 5 seconds? Is it just so people don't get bored and the videos don't run too long? haha
Spot on... especially with compilation videos. No need to watch me shaking for ages 👌 this is a good reference as to why it’s 12 secs: stevethebartender.com.au/cocktail-shaking-stirring-dilution/
Here in a Chinese food store they sell a 62° thing for 11€ (17'8AUD or ~12USD) Any cocktail with that? Haha. That thing must be bad (though in terms of ethanol for your money it is around the common vodkas sold here in the supermarkets so idk)
Come for the cocktails, stay for the smile. Really brightens my wife and I's day. Cheers
I said the same thing 😆

@@StevetheBartender_ its lime, because in portuguese, we call lime as lemon, but the correct fruit is lime.
@@luisoliveira7107 ah cool, thanks for letting me know!
Salve do Brasil!! Love your channel.
That drink looks very refreshing.
The beard is back and well. Good!
I come for the cocktail recipes but stay for the smile! Good drink, adding to my growing list
Very nice recipe. I tried to upgrade it with brown sugar and muddled limes, just like in original Caipirinha. That works the best for me
BRAZIIIIIIIIIIIIL! É isso aí, meu mano.
Great stuff Steve... Keep the drinks Flowing

Your videos always put a smile on my face😁
Would you ever consider doing a limoncello video? Love the work mate 🙂
Aiden Jeanes and show your riffs on it! I make Lemoncello lemonade in the summer (each glass has 8% alcohol volume)
Amazing drink 🍹

I have that same cachaça! And I’ve been wanting to experiment more with it so thanks for the video! 🤗
As soon you said don’t watch ur old video of course I did lol both look great 👍 😉
Haha - I thought a few may have watched it. 😆
I love a Brazil 66! :)
I m brazilian but i ve never heard about this one, i will try
Love the early access 😊
I just need to get into the habit of doing it for you guys!
Ooooh nice🥰
If you will redo the video on caipirinha, try to blend it with a whole lime and brown sugar and a tiny piece of ginger... tips from brasil. Cheers

He did mention that this recipe is different since there is no muddling of the fruit. Also, caipirinha uses lime, not lemon.
I tried smiling while shaking.....it wasn't pretty. I don't know how he does that!
It's a mellow caiparinha. Not bad

The smile is better than the cocktail
Good evening could you make a cocktail with the aperol spirit?
Looks, delicious!! (:

I've never heard of cachaca. If you drank it straight, what kind of flavor is it?
@Aerie, interesting! Thanks!
Cheers mate now to go buy the ingredients.
PLEASE COME TO BRAZIL
Do you know where I can order Caipirinhas I live in Columbus NE cant find it here
Hi Steve, I'd like you prepare Peruvian Pisco sour.

What liquor and syrups are the most “useful” ones? So you can make multiple different cocktails from it.
I think having good quality triple sec like Cointreau/Gran Mariner always comes in handy! I use it for margaritas, sangrias, old fashions, etc.

How would white rum work as a substitute for the cachaça?
Can cachaça be substituted with rum?
Im special
Haha
Damn. I wasn't first just for some seconds
