Thank you doctor. Ashwagandha is probably the only thing that I haven't tried before, and you're right, it sounds too good to be true when put out like "deals with everything, modulator, don't worry, ups the down, downs the up". I have been experimenting with Taurine recently, it's been shown to work as an osmo"regulator", I'm liking it, and I would love to hear your thoughts on Taurine as well. Much love, best regards

I stack Ashwagandha with Fadogia Egrestsis, Tongkat Ali and Pine Pollen extract
That’s a good combo. For testosterone purposes?

Any suggestions on the best brand of ashwagandha to buy?
It depends where in the world you are but a couple brands I like are: AOR, NFH, St Francis and Mediherb
Many thanks for today's share, and your skilled narratives. My fav herb is milk thistle :P

Hi Dr. Lewis. Is it true Asheaganda can I crease Testosterone in men? Thanks, Michael - one of your subscribers in Upstate New York.
Yes, I hopefully can do an episode on that soon but it does seem to help with some people’s testosterone!
@@dr.robinlewis Thanks.
