Gotti is a play on words on Tiago's name. In Argentina we tend to flip syllables around and use those as words. So, in this case, Tiago = Ti - A - Go = Go - Ti - A = Gotti A

Nice reaction! With respect to the end of the song, Gotti is him.
And there's no "her"! It's more like an "it" but the automatic translation messed up. It happened in several places with "he/him", "she/her" and "it/its". In spanish you can avoid the subject in sentences, so it has to be interpreted from the context, which usually gets lost in translation.
