Biden has a functional administration in place. If he can't complete his term, his administration will continue to function. trump's ego wants to be the one and only, and will not create a system that can function without him. That's a major difference I see between the two.
Our justice department has failed us leaving Trump out of prison. He should not have been free from day 1 of leaving the Whitehouse. We have too many sympathizers in law enforcement. This has become clear.

Trump is almost always guilty, so he always deflects, distracts, and projects his crimes on to someone else. So, he's always the victim of the D.A., Judge, and jury being bias against him or corrupt. He has to set up his inevitable loss, failure, or guilty verdict as a result of anything else other than the simplest and most obvious reason; it's that he's guilty! In 1788 the life expectancy was 35. This prevented one party from stacking the court with justices that would serve for 20+ years.
I'm not sure about that. One Requirement to hold the office of the President is to be 35 years of age.
Actually, I think that figure is skewed by the shocking infant mortality before vaccination and infant mortality. If an infant got through the first five years then there was a fairly good chance of their living into their fifties or sixties. Even in the ancient Roman Republic, Consuls couldn't be elected to office till the age of 35.

Trump has changed the standards in this country. Many young people turning voting age don’t remember non-vitriolic politics so they think it is the norm. This will take many election cycles to change. Many. If something has “been normalised” then it is normal. The sooner that we get real about this stuff, the sooner we can work to change it but it’s going to take work. Effort from the grassroots. My concern if that too many of us are willing to let the whole thing fall on our watch. The complacency is unreal. About polls: they are absolutely instructive but also a tool of the right wing to depress democrats vote. The media is doing the work for them. I wish they would talk about that more. Look at the special elections around the country. Dems are winning everywhere. Not that they will win n November but Trump is no way inevitable like his campaign is trying so desperately trying to push.

One of the things that I like about Biden is that he IS understated. As a European, forgive me for suggesting that the pollsters in the US, who are habitually wildly and consistently inaccurate, wouldn't last a week here.
