hips are turning too far back during reachback, minimizing your coil through your core. instead of being explosive, your move just becomes a pirouet. try to maintain your hips perpendicular to your target when reaching your plant leg, and focus on turning a quarter turn with your hips, but turn using your core muscles, like an acrobatic movement. the small movement will be much more explosive when you're firing the strongest muscles in your body for just a split second. your standstill reveals that you seem to be pulling the disc for power, as displayed by your leaning over your plant leg, and your plant leg structure breaking down by the time you release. because your are pulling, your power is distributed over a longer period of time, robbing you of the explosiveness your body is capable of. instead of pulling, you should be pushing the disc away from your body when you reach the power pocket, and when combined with your core firing to rotate at the same time, you'll maximize your speed at release. right now, you're firing too early, making you muscle through the movement. stay loose until you reach the power pocket, and then fire everything, explosively. it may help the plant foot and timing make more sense to come before you start moving the disc toward the power pocket. try to isolate a quarter turn, until your timing gets better. good luck!

Thank you so much for the in depth response! I’ll definitely break it down one thing at a time!
