Love listening to Tim talking and singing. His articulation is so clear and smooth that even a non-Engish speaking person like me can hear him comfotably. In fact his voice suggests innocence and purity. That"s so enthralling.
I'm a huge Tomothy Schmidt fan, have all his albums from his solo stuff to Poco. I truly believe he is my all time favorite Male vocalist as far as tenor goes. His songwriting is incredible, and his skill levels are off the charts. I'm always keeping an ear to the internet to see when his next solo albums come out. He's been a big influence on me as a singer/songwriter/guitarist, and that type of music that's part blues, folk, mixed with rock, with a hint of bluegrass is my style as well. Love that stuff ! Great interview. He was relaxed more than I've ever seen him during an interview!! And they hit on a variety interesting topics! I just love this sweet and talented man! I loved him in Poco so much that I was disappointed to see him leave them - but I knew he'd excel and was the best fit that Glenn & Don were ever going to find. What a magnificent career he's had, lucky for us!!
