Fixie Frame Conversion

I took a 30€ bicycle, stripped it down to bare components, fabricated new horizontal dropouts, TIG welded them in place. The yellow paint job, brushed aluminum and black parts go well together, I am very pleased with the result.

Awesome work, but couldn't you just have ran it fixed gear with the original drop outs? They were horizontal

Thanks! Yeah that is why it was so cheap, I think it gives it a more aggressive geometry!
