Hi Keagan, There was someone using a pressure washer in the background when Gary Blem was speaking so we added subtitles as we thought it would be hard to hear him over the noise of the pressure washer.

The choice was deliberate. Soigneurs historically administered performance enhancing drugs. There was an unhealthy culture that Dave Brailsford wanted to leave behind. Hence the name change. “Carers” is not great though but hard to know what would be better.
