Clam in black beans sauce ( cantonese style of cooking ) easy cook

Clams in black beans sauce
Easy cook at home you will need !
Yellow onion
Green onion
Fresh chili
Garlic
Bell pepper
2 tbsp black bean
2lbs live clams
1 cup water
1 tsp chicken stock base or msg
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tablespoons cooking wine
1/4 tsp sesame oil
Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 4 tablespoons water on side bowl
