Thanks for the hand-for-scale shot with the yarn while you were shopping. Ginormous. All your projects looked great and while I didn't know that one little guy was a skull I think a bit of amigurumi-style stitching to give him a nose and mouth might make things clearer.
I KNEW they were supposed to be big, but I was still surprised when I saw them in person. Thank you for your honesty on the skull. I like making the big parts of projects, then I get bored when it comes to the tiny details and sewing things together sometimes. I'll give Mr. Skull another try

That sandworm washi tape is my fave of the bunch 😮 I also have had my lowest number of books in August too. Life is wild! I’m right there with you. Thank god for audiobooks.
I love the sandworm! A few years ago I started crocheting a giant sandworm, but as you went along you had to wrestle this giant worm while trying to crochet him and it just wasn't fun.
The whole FITA series is kind of a rocky ride but it gets wild and soap opera-y. The last one is pretty great because it goes back to the when the grandmother was young so we get her backstory. Love seeing your crochet and yarn!!! 🌸

@@Kritz_Reads Blankets do take some time and love 💕 , it will be all worth it at the end. I went to Michael’s and they had yarn buy 1 and get 1 half off, which wasn’t too bad 🙂 I only purchased yarn for a dragon 🐉 and a doll for my next project.
that cauldron is so cute!! 🤩 I love those halloween yarns! I dont know how to make that many things but so far Ive used multicolored yarn for blankets, decor pillows, a shawl, a scarf.. its very versatile! 🌻🌺🌼
I want to try a corner to corner style with one of the multi yarns on a blanket. The skinner stuff I will try to make my first shawl. Then I wonder...am I a shawl person? lol! I'd also really like to make a cardigan. Did you use any specific type of yarn when you made your mustard colored one?
@@Kritz_Reads I didnt make the mustard cardigan, I bought that one. The tag on it says its 100% polyester so I dont think you need anything fancy, as long as it feels ok against your skin, isn't too bulky of yarn, and is washable. I havent had good luck making clothes, beyond a shawl and a scarf. The top & cardigan I tried to make I didn't end up liking how they hung on me so I took them apart, lol. Up close it actually looks like the mustard one knitted. I'd like to learn how to do that at some point.

It is gorgeous, but super time consuming and you really have to PAY ATTENTION. Which cakes are you looking for? They were all online when I grabbed mine, but I see they aren't there anymore. I also like the blue one and pebbled path after seeing it in a video. I might have to stop by the store and see if they put more out. Did you see the Bernat blanket Mist-ical? i got black and orange. its soooo soft
