Dear Sukanya, when I was in Bangalore we had Malayali neighbors who introduced us to many of her dishes. That's how putt became one of my favorite dish. Now I'm in North India where we do not get putt. I also do not have putt maker so it was not possible to make. I bumped to ur channel and saw how to make putt without putt maker. I mean who had thot it can be made in coconut shell? At least I hadn't. I saw it today only and prepared. It came out yum. Tried kadla curry recipe too. After years, I could eat and was satisfied.
