Can I just say I HUGELY appreciate all the positivity in the comments, and also a big thank you to those who have shared their own stories as well - so much useful information there for everybody who has an interest in this subject.
@@katieg5138 I find if there’s nausea fluid really helps but electrolytes should be used occasionally as they can cause strain on the kidneys, I didn’t know this but mentioned I was using them daily. As they say every day is a school day. 😊
Thank you for sharing this very personal story. Really well done on the weight loss. The video was so informative and handled so sensitively regarding not wanting to talk about where you get the drug from. A really great video and I genuinely applaud your openness. x
Well done my lovely I've found this Soo interesting, I have thought about these online weight loss programs I've a heart murmur and that frightens me a little . Well done and thank you xx
Well done caroline on your weight loss xx doesnt matter what anyone else thinks its your body and your own choice! I cant afford monjouro so im taking berberine!! I look fwd to more of your vlogs
Very interesting Caroline. Well done on your loss so far and I hope it continues to work for you and I would be definitely be interested to hear about your continuing journey with it. I’ve considered something like this myself but as I have IBS which can be awful sometimes I’m always worried about what I put in my body - but yet I eat crap food sometimes which totally upsets my system! 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Oh Caroline am so pleased you are trying it . Am 55 done all the diets of course 🙈 I’ve loved being on this drug and lost 30ibs got 10ib to go it’s changed my life . I agree the metal food noise has been amazing. You sound like me a good responser I’ve stayed on 2.5 for 3 months and just gone up to 5mg I don’t plan on going up . I’ve had hardy any side affects. Just keep going it works ❤️❤️
So much respect for you in posting this, Caroline ! I wish you every continued success. I could’ve said everything you’ve said here - ‘food noise’, goodness me but that’s the perfect way to describe it ! I’m 56 and the heaviest that I’ve ever been too. A close friend has been on Mounjaro since the summer, she has had brilliant success with it and reversed many of her longstanding health issues as well as looking great and dropping several dress sizes. She has been gently encouraging me to try it too but I’ve been too scared. Seeing your video has really made me think seriously about trying it out for myself now. Please do us an update if you feel that you can ! Much love to you x
This podcast reinforces why i enjoy your podcasts so much. You keep it real and honest. I wish you every good wish, not just in your weight loss journey, but in everything you. Thank you for the the time and effort this must take and the information you share.
What a brave lady you are to do this vlog on such a sensitive and private issue and to run the gauntlet of possible ugly negative insensitive comment ( which I dearly hope are on the few side). Well done on the weight loss and an immense thank you for sharing all the information which by reading the comments so far have definitely helped so many ❤ Rosey
Thank you for sharing Caroline ❤. I’ve also been taking this for 6 months and lost over 3 stone so far. I’ve also struggled with my weight all my adult life. I haven’t been open about using Mounjaro due to negative attitudes from people about ‘taking the easy way out’. I’ve still been putting in a lot of effort into eating healthily and exercising. In time I hope that more people will realise that obesity is a chronic illness requiring medication, rather than some sort of failure in an individual’s willpower.
Hi Caroline, I was in my mid sixties and had a routine blood test and then I got a phone call from my doctor, you have pre diabetes and fatty liver 😮damn!!!! She asked me how much alcohol I had, NONE!! it was all down to food. I did research and went on a Keto diet. 65 lbs later, all my health issues went. It’s a struggle still but worth it. If I tried to lift 65 lbs now I wouldn’t be able to, yet I was carrying that around daily!! And Caroline…..all the new clothes to look forward to 😂😂🎉 yay
Am so glad Caroline that you posted this video, I am 56, in exactly the same position, food obsessed, weight gain - worse since the lock downs, cannot shift it due to physical limitations, I would love you to update every now and then, I wish you luck on your journey 😊xx
Hello Caroline I'm 68 yrs old had high blood pressure high colestrol etc etc and decided to go on wagovy and it's changed my life! My doctor was shocked when he took my BP and checked my colestrol as it was normal for first time in years I lost 3 stone but I've gone from size 28 to size 16/18 my weight hasn't moved much now but I'm still loosing in inches I bought this myself as my doctor said go to slimming class lol My friends can't believe the change in me and other day I gave 60 pieces of clothing to charity as too big. It's given me a new lease of life. I'm so happy to see your video and keep going Love your video never post but had to say Well done and ignore any neg comments it's your life! Look forward to see how you do hugs Catherine oap lol xx❤
This video has come at a great time as I am considering taking Mounjaro myself. Like many others , I have struggled with my weight for all my life (including my childhood when I was on meal replacements/ "slimming biscuits" at junior school!) . I've tried many different weight loss methods and had some significant success with LighterLife 20 years ago, but over the years, the 6 stone I lost has nearly all returned and I was feeling helpless , now suffering from hip arthritis and facing possible hip replacement surgery that I'm desperate to avoid. So Mounjaro seemed to be a new possible solution and seeing your video has given me the impetus to go ahead with it. Thank you so much for sharing your experience.
Welcome to the MJ club Caroline, I would have invited you personally but wanted you to find us for yourself ❤ when you were ready. Started early April at 17.3 today I am 12.5. Now on 10mg . I did two months on 5mb then three on 7.5mg. My best advice would be to stay on the dose that suits you for as long as you want to, prioritise protein, look after your bowels!, and drink plenty of water. There are a few people I subscribe to on You Tube but yes most of the MJ community seems to be concentrated on Tik Tok. Lots of FB groups but some of those are a bit toxic!, look forward to seeing your progress if and when you are ready to share ❤
Thank you for this Caroline. It’s not something I have considered recently, but am experiencing similar health problems to yourself, plus difficulty regulating my blood sugar levels, so this may be an answer. Hope it keeps working satisfactorily for you.
Hi Caroline, I just want to say I’ve been on Mounjaro since mid June and to date have lost 51lb, I found it got rid of my food noise and has really been a useful tool. Now I’ll watch this video.😊😊
@@gigilou thank you, believe me as a woman in my 60’s and really fat since childhood I’ve tried everything, so to find myself actually losing weight and not feeling deprived is a welcome change, obviously everyone will react differently to this drug, for me though my gp felt I was at such a risk of heart attack, stroke etc that despite possible side effects of the drug it was definitely worth the risk.
Thank you so much for sharing. The “ food noise” is something that will resonate with many of us. Well done on making a very positive health choice. xx
Good on you Caroline! If you receive any negativity, ignore it - you do what you feel is right for you. What you said about control makes such sense to me - I lost a lot of weight with LighterLife, and the sense of control over everything, not just food, was mind boggling. I felt confident and able to achieve anything. You go for it, I’d love to know how you get on! 👍
Was so happy to see this video Caroline .I am in my second week of Mounjaro and have it for my diabetes as my blood sugar levels were difficult to control with tablets.Already my sugar levels are reading normal and I have lost a lot 7 pounds.I needed to lol.I'm also hoping that losing weight will help with my back pain (arthritis and deteriorated discs). My side effects have been nausea and indigestion. My appetite also went straight away and I feel full after very little food.My food choices have to be quite plain and low fat or I get stomach pain and diarrhea.I am staying on 2.5 at the moment as it is working for me.Thank you again for being brave enough to post this it was great to hear the experiences of an honest reviewer.I have followed you for a while now.I wish you every success on your Mounjaro journey.xx
Hi Caroline I'm currently doing a weight loss app and am interested to find out how your journey with mounjaro goes along on a monthly basis Im presently needing to loose a couple of stones and have been wondering about these weight loss injections thanks for doing this vlog
I have been on Mounjaro for diabetes for about 3.5 months and achieved good weight loss, I thought the comment about not thinking about food was interesting and agree, it's so refreshing to not think about food or obsess about what you are going to have for dinner, overeating on portions, the weight loss and health benefits outweigh the side effects for me. xxx
Hi Caroline, I could not have been happier to have seen your vidio this morning, I too are in thr process of researching this way of weight loss for the very same reasons. I must say I enjoy your videos immensely and always seem to brighten my day. Thank you so much 😊
Well done, you are amazing and sharing your journey is brave and inspiring. You go girl and as for those who have nothing good say I say get a life and focus on your own insecurities. So very proud of all you do and the pleasure we get from your down to earth channel. ❤
Well done, Ms Caroline! I was diagnosed with Diabetes 2 in May weighing too much. Ozempic helped me lose 40+ pounds in 4 months. The food noise stopped, the weight fell off. I changed my diet dramatically and eat tons of veggies, lean protein, and drink a lot of water. Half of my plate is always veggies, 1/4 is protein, 1/4 is a complex carb. No sweets, no caffeine, my treat of choice is a small serving of fruit twice a day. It’s a journey! Good luck, Sweet Lady!
Thank you Caroline for your honesty. Weight loss is such a personal subject, I can feel your reluctance to discuss it on your channel.I am sure you will have helped many people who might be thinking of going down this weight loss path. If taking this drug makes you feel better about yourself, reduces your BMI and has several positive health effects, why not give it a try? Perhaps a Q&A after 3 months might be useful. Thank you so much.
Good for you! I hope you get the best results and the fewest side effects possible. I have a friend on it and her dr has given her an anti-nausea pill to take with it for her higher doses. She said it really helps her.
Thank you Caroline, I've been thinking about this both my daughters use it and so far the results are encouraging, share an update if you feel comfortable, good luck on your journey, remember its a marathon not a sprint ❤
Thank you Caroline for sharing so much personal information in such a frank and realistic way. Those of us who are also middle aged or slightly older, overweight, and not succeeding on the recognised weight loss programmes will identify with so much of what you have said here. I am so interested to hear about your Mounjaro journey because I'm considering it also, and I would love to hear how you get on as the weeks roll by. Like many, I guess, I'm deterred by the reports of side-effects. Please do more and ignore any unpleasant comments that you might receive. ❤
Thank you Caroline. Anybody who has been overweight will know how debilitating it can be. Listening to you just now I heard so much of what I have experienced. Keep going and do what you know is right for you.
Hi Caroline, thanks so much for making this video. I have struggled with my weight for years and at 55 it has started to have a detrimental impact on my health. I too have tried diets and diet clubs with very little success. Weight loss drugs have crossed my mind but sounded a bit scary, it is really helpful to learn about someone else's experience with them. l will certainly be doing some research now and want to wish you every success with your weight loss journey x
Hi Caroline Your openness and honesty are just wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing. Really interesting to hear how these drugs work and why you decided to take them. I wish you all the best on your weight loss journey. A follow up in another few weeks would be great although we will probably be able to see how you’re doing from your other videos such as try ons etc, so good luck and take care . Xx
Very interesting . Losing weight is the most difficult thing ever for most people and im glad you have found a little bit of help in the mounjaro . Take care xx
Hi Caroline - I'm a 70 year old Type 1 diabetic who has had the disease for 56 years and put weight on continually over the years. I was prescribed Mounjaro by my endocrinologist because it has been shown to help us with reducing the amount of insulin we use and also weight. its been a huge game-changer for me! I went from a size 16 (US) to a size 8 pair of jeans!! I also use about one-third of the amount of insulin I used to use, plus I came off blood pressure meds. I hope you continue your journey with Mounjaro because you will feel so much better and have so much more energy! Kudos to you for taking this step.
@@CarolineMrsM I really hope you keep letting us know how you're doing. I think more videos of your experiences will be wonderful to see as the weight comes off. And then you can talk about the surprising NSV's (non-scale victories) you have too!!
This was the perfect video to watch as I start my own journey with Mounjaro this week. Like you, I'm dealing with health issues and eating habits that are less than ideal. I've been worried about the uncomfortable side effects of Mounjaro. Thank you for sharing your experience thus far. Good luck as you continue!
Thank you so much for doing this video. Would love to hear more about your journey. Only the constipation worries me as I’ve got that problem to start with. Please don’t let trolls put you off telling your story. It’s fascinating hearing the truth from someone I trust on such an important issue.
Well done Caroline, it’s probably the most positive thing you can do for yourself…My daughter has been on Mounjaro and has just finished the 7.5.. she’s looking and feeling great and like you, says the disappearance of food noise is just incredible and wonders if this mindset is how naturally slim people feel…please do a monthly update xx
Thanks Caroline for sharing your journey so far, I am interested in how you progress, it is something I have thought about but not acted upon. Love your channel, you are so honest and open and I look forward to your videos every week xxx
Good morning Caroline, I know the struggle to lose weight and fighting the “food noise” is the hardest. Good for you I say, you do what’s right for you. If you want to share I’m sure it would help others but you are the priority do what’s right for you. All best wishes to you. I look forward to seeing an even more gorgeous version of you. ❤
Hi Caroline I started it 3 weeks ago and I've lost 14lb I'm so pleased I've been on every diet known to man with no success. I really hope you vlog your journey as it is great to be able to see somebody else's opinions and experiences.
Brilliant. Thanks for this. Great to see a familiar face sharing this information, and clearly not for ‘ clicks ‘ or your own financial gain. Fantastic explanation and very relevant info.
Omg Caroline this could not have come at a better time I’m starting mine this Sunday! I’ve been watching Lady Mawa (on UA-cam) lovely lady from Yorkshire so have a look at her channel as her results are amazing! I too have struggled with my weight and since my illness and ME getting worse plus peri menopause my weight has piled on and now starting to affect my health negatively so I thought enough is enough and taken the plunge. Good luck to you too and I look forward to great results xx
Caroline thank you for sharing. I started on mounjaro this week due to health issues I have, I was really worried about the side effects but luckily haven’t experienced any yet, the food noise stops and so does the wanting alcohol which has been game changing. I too struggled to find someone in the uk talking about it and could only find lady mawa who has some good advice and tips. I really do hope you keep us updated. I think you are incredibly brave, I’ve only told two people as I’m very worried about the comments I may get.
I could not love you more Mrs. M, most of us middle aged over weight people have tried it all but cannot face the misery of dieting. You do you babe, no judgement here, and no lies from you ❤
Hi Caroline I follow you and have done for a while and when I saw your post I was super excited to see it, I am on week 3 of my mounjaro journey. Like you I have a son 25 and have had weight issues as long as I can remember, I so related to your post, as I am a similar age and height. What a fab start I have lost 7 pounds so far 3rd weigh in is on Monday. It is odd like you the instant change after the 1st injection, and food noise went its crazy isant it, and only side effect for me as been the constipation. Please do continue to share you journey if comfortable to do so, as I would be so wanting to watch that. I really feel for me this time it could be my game changer, I have pre diabetic, bloody pressure and joint pain so I need to sort this this time. Good luck x
Well done Caroline. Losing weight is always hard and I’m on a weight loss journey myself. I really hope this works for you.keep going you’re doing amazing. Xx
So interesting, great weight loss. My weight gain has shot up these last two years due to stress; stuffing down emotions. My blood pressure is up and I’m sure my blood sugar levels are raised. For me this was a very timely video. Thank you.
I’m considering starting these drugs so this video was really helpful. Thank you so much for your honesty, I can relate to what you said very much. Good luck with your journey.👍
Hi Caroline I'm so proud of you for making the decision for ur journey. I think you were very brave to put it out there I myself cldnt do it ur loss has been fantastic for one mth Having a good loss like that will give you the insensitive to keep going . Congratulations and thank you for sharing this with us Caroline ❤
thank you so much for sharing Caroline. I'm so excited for you, and hope that you continue to experience positive results. I really feel you on the eating for the pleasure and the brain constantly searching for food. I'm in overeaters anonymous but also doing keto, and it is a hard slog. You are such an inspiration in all you do and all you share. I wish you all the very best x
Excellent video, really explained everything I was thinking about this weight loss injection. I’m going to talk to my doctor about it as I’m type 2 diabetic and overweight. Thanks Caroline x
well done Caroline i have been on mounjaro since the end of April and have lost just over 3 stone now this has transformed my life i was the same as you right from the start food noise went I feel so much more healthier and i have a chronic autoimmune disease which has gotten so much better since starting the jabs so i’m able to cut down on the amount of medication i’m taking daily
My heart went out to you as you described your weight struggles. Also admire your very level headed approach to trying this out and your honesty. I wish you all the best and success in reaching and maintaining a healthier weight.❤
Thank you so much for recording this vlog. I have been interested in the weight loss drug since first reading about it and it wasn’t well known. I asked my Doctors who said they were not prescribing it and recommended diet and exercise. I have bad arthritis and currently undergoing tests for diabetes. I really wanted a safe way of purchasing and this helps immensely. I am over 40 BMI and have tried everything. I don’t drive or leave the house unless I have a lift. I’m not sure of taking it for life but I really want to try it. Thank you for your advice and the experience of your first month Caroline 👌🏼💗
Well done you !! Firstly that you have shared what is a deeply personal thing and that you have been transparently honest about the cost and the effect. Not only the financial cost but the personal cost. The result on your health issues will make it worth it. This is for you. It’s a personal decision which you made really clear so please keep any unpleasant comments in the ‘that’s their opinion’ folder because that’s exactly what it is, an opinion. The number either weight or dress size doesn’t define you. Who you are does and that’s what draws me back to your channel whatever the content. I’m on a weight loss journey of my own, to be honest it more of a meander 🤣 but you go girl !! But just keep being you.
Very informative thanks Caroline. Well done on your weight loss. Struggled similarly to yourself and the heaviest and unhappiest I've been for sure. Not sure if I can get it here in Spain but will do some research. Have heard about it but knew nothing so thank you for posting. Look forward to more updates. Take care xx
Caroline, that was a really interesting and informative video. Weight loss is a very personal thing and no one has a right to condone you for doing it your way...if it works for you, why wouldn't you use it. Thanks for the honesty and please update us as you go along.
Hi Caroline, I’ve been on Mounjaro since the end of July and I’m 2 1/2 stones down. I’ve struggled all my life and see it as a tool to support me with something which is very difficult. I’ve had a lot of nausea but it is totally worth it for me. Like you, I find it wears off slightly on day 6&7, but again, the food noise has stopped. I live in Germany where it costs me €300 a month, so it’s a huge investment. I did read that over half of the people using it are doing it ‘in secret’ for fear of criticism. Indeed, when I told my best friend I was taking it he said ”so, you’re cheating”, which I don’t think is true at all. Good for you and good for me for doing this xx
Yes, the 'cheating' comments are one of the reasons I haven't told many people in my real life that I"m doing this. Not even my brother or best friend know (although my brother may do now as he occasionally watches my videos!). Well done on your weight loss.xx
@@CarolineMrsMit’s weird, isn’t it, this idea that, if it isn’t a huge struggle, it’s not valid. And I don’t think Mounjaro is a miracle cure, we still have to eat healthier, we still have to move more…
Thank you for making this video...I have ozempic in my fridge for a month and am scared to start using it . After watching you I've decided to start next Monday. I will have my fingers crossed for success for both of us!
I enjoyed listening to this very interesting video. It’s not something I need to address but your frank account of your experience, will be very helpful to people considering this as a way of controlling their weight. My takeaway was how empowering it is to take back control over an area of your life and that, in itself, has enormous health benefits. Well done Caroline, both for the impressive weight loss and fir sharing🌹
Hi Caroline, it’s been really interesting seeing your experience with Mounjaro. I have type 2 diabetes and it was very well controlled with diet for over 10 years, but I now need medication. Sadly I am unable to take any of these newer medications as I had thyroid cancer 11 years ago and you cannot take it if you have any history of thyroid cancer- yourself or close family! I am now on the waiting list for a gastric sleeve operation- hopefully next Spring. I have osteoarthritis in my knees (bone on bone) & my hands but the surgeon won’t operate to replace my knee unless my BMI is under 30! It’s taken me 18 months to lose a stone and a half, so bariatric surgery is the only option to lose weight more quickly. Good luck with your weight loss and thank you for providing a great account of your experience with the injection. 🤞🏻 it will help with your blood pressure and osteoarthritis 😊 xx
Thank Caroline❤ I have been on it since 2023. I have lost 60 pounds. I feel great. I hope it helps you as well. It really has taken that craving away. Not starving. Best wishes from America. T
Good on you! I wish you every success. I have struggled my whole life too and admit to still being in the acceptance stage! I’ll be interested in your results.
This is ground breaking for you A new relationship with food! I look forward to your clothes hauls as you get thinner I will enjoy watching you finding a new happiness and confidence in life I also admire you for making this public as we all know that some of your followers will be negative about your decision You don’t have to update us about this subject as the clothes hauls will update us Rebecca xx
Thank you for sharing your experience. I am on week 3 & the strange thing is that although I don’t “feel” hungry, my body knows I need to eat. Blood sugar drops. Get clumsy, that kind of thing. I have to make myself eat something which is weird for me! Annoyingly my husband has just stopped eating crap, no meds & has dropped 5lb in a week. 🤷♀️
Hi Caroline. I’m T2 diabetic and been on Mounjaro for this since May 2024. Lost 44lbs and normalised blood sugar. I don’t know what people who buy this will do when they come off it as the food noise and weight comes back on with a vengeance I’ve heard. I’m on this for life and I guess fortunate that I get this on the NHS but I worry for people who can’t sustain the cost forever. It’s been a wonderful tool for me who’s been overweight since childhood but I know I’d be back at square one without it.
Hello Carolina, I'm 73 and live on the coast of North Carolina. I would like to give a tip. When I was a child when we had nausea my aunt would go to the yard and dig a mint root, clean it and tell me to chew on it. Sure enough the nausea would go away. Now I don't have mint to dig up so for the past 30 or 40 years when Get nausea I have an UNSWEETENED mint or Sugar free mint Gum.. It must be sugar free. The sugar will make you sick.. I'm never without sugar free spearmint mint or gun. I don't know if you have this brand there but I keep Ice Breakers or Eclipse. Hope this helps some.
Hi Caroline, interesting video. Definitely no judgement - you must do what’s right for you. Good luck with it, and I’d love to keep hearing the weight loss results every month. Also, don’t be disheartened when the weekly loss isn’t what you’d like it to be ….. sadly every week can’t be a five pounder! Oh how I wish it could, but sadly not xx big hugs 😘😘
I do hope you don't get negative or nasty comments, as I would like to see more blogs and see your progression, there will be people out there that can't relate to any of this, and that's fine, but there are so many more of us, that were watching and relating with your story, keep going it's inspiring. x
Been on the same drug for 6 months now. My A1C level was way too high (13.5) and my sugar was uncontrolled. I am on 7.5 of the Mounjaro and am a bit constipated as well. My only issue with it is I am losing more muscle than I am fat. Also, I do not lose weight as fast as so many others. I think in six months I’ve lost 10 or 11 pounds. My whole reason for taking the drug was to lower my A1c and it has.I am now down to 7.5 and still dropping very happy about that. Good luck on your journey and do keep us informed.
Thank you so much Caroline for being really brave and talking about this. I've been trying to research this option too. I've been on a diet since primary school with weight up and down and up and up lol. Done all the clubs and all the diets too. I think being on antidepressants rules me out though. Updates would be amazing if you feel able. But everyone will totally understand if not. These drugs are a lifeline for many people. I really hope this works for you. xx
Good luck, it’s your body your choice, would be really interested to know how you get on, perhaps a monthly update would be good. Wishing you all the best x

Fabulous story, so glad it's worked so well for you, thanks for sharing x
How inspiring! I am 67 and have battle weight all my life.
Weightless journeys are different for everyone and for different reasons. I wish you the best of luck
I'm not one to comment....love you ...just Keep Doing You..
..
Yes - I joined and left three different Facebook groups within a week - the misinformation being peddled was insane!!
That's incredible. Well done you!! 🤍 That's amazing you found something that really works for you xxx
I really want to go on it but I’ve heard that when you come off it the weight goes back on and “food noise” gets lounder
Fabulous!
Well done, that's amazing!!
Hope it all goes well. Keep us posted!
Thank you for sharing and good luck with you WL journey 😊😊😊
No sugar, walk 1 hour a day, 2 litres of water a day & 18/6. 🌞
Not sure if you're telling me that's what works for you, but if so, amazing, well done :)
Hi Caroline
Your openness and honesty are just wonderful.
Well done, amazing loss!
Hope your daughter is getting good results, too, Katie x
@ She’s lost 26 lbs so far and her goal is 31/2 stone..think the menopause years are hard on women, everything slows down! (Though hrt helps)
Well done on your weightloss Caroline, thank you for sharing your journey x
I second the recommendation to watch Lady Mawa, very inspirational.
So happy for you that you’ve found something to help your weight loss.I’ve struggled for years with weight management.I identify about the food noise😊
I haven't even told my best friend or my brother. My brother does watch my videos occasionally though, so will possibly know now!
I could not love you more Mrs. M, most of us middle aged over weight people have tried it all but cannot face the misery of dieting. You do you babe, no judgement here, and no lies from you ❤
Aww, thank you :)
I think whatever helps you is a good thing. I’d be interested in future updates. Well done on your weight loss, Caroline.
Xx
Brilliant, well done, very happy for you xx Thanks for sharing and being so honest and authentic xx
So interesting, great weight loss. My weight gain has shot up these last two years due to stress; stuffing down emotions. My blood pressure is up and I’m sure my blood sugar levels are raised. For me this was a very timely video. Thank you.
I can relate to using food to silence emotions so much. So much.
I’m considering starting these drugs so this video was really helpful. Thank you so much for your honesty, I can relate to what you said very much. Good luck with your journey.👍
Hi Caroline
I'm so proud of you for making the decision for ur journey.
I think you were very brave to put it out there I myself cldnt do it ur loss has been fantastic for one mth
Having a good loss like that will give you the insensitive to keep going .
I'm about to start using this as I have type 2 diabetes I'm so glad u posted about this please post more I'm excited for good results hopefully x
well done Caroline i have been on mounjaro since the end of April and have lost just over 3 stone now this has transformed my life i was the same as you right from the start food noise went I feel so much more healthier and i have a chronic autoimmune disease which has gotten so much better since starting the jabs so i’m able to cut down on the amount of medication i’m taking daily
My heart went out to you as you described your weight struggles. Also admire your very level headed approach to trying this out and your honesty.
I wish you all the best and success in reaching and maintaining a healthier weight.❤
Oohh I love this Caroline. I'm going to speak to my diabetic nurse about this. Thank you so much for your story xx
Thanks for this, I have been thinking about taking this medication and was very informed by your video. Good luck on your weight loss journey.
Such a good video. Best wishes
Good for you Caroline, I’ll be really interested in hearing about your experience.
Thank you, that was such a nice comment to read.
congrats on your bravery! stay healthy, you are worth the work!
And I don’t think Mounjaro is a miracle cure, we still have to eat healthier, we still have to move more…
Thank you for this video. Everything you said resonated with me. Please do an update and congratulations on your weight loss.
Thank you for making this video...I have ozempic in my fridge for a month and am scared to start using it . After watching you I've decided to start next Monday. I will have my fingers crossed for success for both of us!
Best of luck, wishing you every success with it :)
Well done, Caroline! x
Good luck on your journey .... love your honesty ❤
Amazing loss - well done!!
Good on you! I wish you every success. I have struggled my whole life too and admit to still being in the acceptance stage! I’ll be interested in your results.
I'm sure a lot of us have been on the same sort of dieting journey as you. You must do what is right for you. I wish you every success. 😊
It's your body and personal choice and I respect your honesty. Good luck on your journey and look forward to seeing and hearing how it goes. 🙂
This is ground breaking for you
A new relationship with food!
I look forward to your clothes hauls as you get thinner
I will enjoy watching you finding a new happiness and confidence in life
I also admire you for making this public as we all know that some of your followers will be negative about your decision
You don’t have to update us about this subject as the clothes hauls will update us Rebecca xx
Well done hen and thank you for sharing it can only be a positive thing to lose weight and be healthy surely. I will look forward to your updates 🎉😊
Well done Caroline, you go girl. Im so excited for your journey love from 🇦🇺❤️
Hi Caroline, thank you for your video. I have been giving it some thought. I like to see another video.🌺
Well Done Caroline, and Good Luck on your weight loss journey 😊xx
Thank you so much for this, it’s good to get some truthful info about this. Good luck going forward
Well done Caroline. Good luck with your weight loss journey xx
Congratulations 😊
Well done for speaking up about this .although I'm not overweight myself my friend is and she's been hesitating over trying this ..I hope it keeps working for you good luck 👍
Thank you for sharing this in such an open and honest way. xx
Well done Caroline x
