you can extract it with zarchiver or winrar ! after you extract it you can open the file and you will find "TEXTURES" Folder and the move that Folder To your PSP folder in your file manager ! if you on mobile you can go to your file manager\PSP , and if you on a pc you can go to your PPSSPP Emulator Folder\memstick\PSP ! hope it help !
