Solid review This shows axial could be doing way more this company basically made a better stock scx24 for almost half the price
If this were a comparison to Traxxas there would already be a lawsuit.
I love it
I would love to see you upgrade this so I can copy it 😂
I like the scale body .Servo and ESC must be change!
For sure. That's what usually gets replaced on any RTR model.
They did fix the drive shaft,so they took the price up to 109 dollars from 80 dollars, plus Amazon will not let me do reviews now, cause of so much bad junk they sold me, an some stuff was never delivered and they did nothing, Amazon owes me what they stole from me 400.oodillars no more
that sounds like a bad experience for sure. For $109 I would just go with a redcat ascent 18.
wat a great rc video my u got my lyke & sub to
thank you I really appreciate it!
Metal gear!! good!!!
for sure!
Here's the real question will scx24 upgrades fit on it without a lot of modification?
most of the upgrades will work and some probably without modifications needed. ua-cam.com/video/nIrSp6OQhVE/v-deo.html
The links are different lengths than the Axiall JLU links .
RC up rc up rc up, is it ok so?
it's not that bad but if you want to go all out with mods a scx24 would be a better purchase. This one maybe keep stock with some wheel weights for a basher trail truck.
That is a copy of a mini z 4x4 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon which sells for $199.99
the underpinnings are a copy of a scx24. Body and tires look like the Kyosho.
No, it's a lot harder compound in the tires. If yours is like all the others I've seen including mine it should not even be run in stock form due to the binding and subsequent chattering of the driveline. Something that is harder to see running on the ground that picking it up and showing the problem.
Having said that I am not uncomfortable with the copy and the non licensed body because a Deadbolt is a non licensed Scout in my observation and the things (nearly everything) that needs upgraded badly on this is the same things that need upgraded badly on a stock Axial. It's not that this needs more upgrades, It's just that this thing needs them more. ESC, tires, and driveshafts. There are toy grade RCs, a third of the price of this with much better functioning driveshafts. You see phillips head screws almost exclusively in toy grade.
I bought this as a challenge to myself and because I like the body.
Check out my other video on this rig. The driveshaft binding was actually not too hard to fix. I have this thing running smooth. Still needs upgrades but now it's atleast good enough for someone who just wants to try mini rc crawlers.
Can you put it on a toy fourwheler
small models you can probably find some.
How does it look compared to trx4m scalewise?
it's the size of a scx24 Jeep Rubicon. It is a 1/24 the Trx4m is a 1/18 so the trx4m is a little bigger than this.
The rx and tx are junk servo setup is poor too
They aren't the greatest but for trailing around it actually did pretty decent and I am also considering the price.
