This was the best video you have ever done. As a teacher of an inner city school with the same risks of gang violence and complicated community and personal issues with my students, I think videos like this are so important to showcase the otherside even in such a light hearted way
I see Jesse liked this video. Jesse I know you’ve been to ottawa before for the arm wrestling thing but if you ever come back and want to stop by a few of the in city high schools and talk about fitness, careers and benefits of filling Time with fitness I know it could go along way with many of the young boys who need to find an outlet.

This put a smile on my face. There are very few things in this world that bring people together. Lifting and working out is one of them. Your background doesn't matter, ethnicity, sex. We are all doing the same thing. I've met and made friends with people that I wouldn't anywhere else because of fitness. We need more of this in our society. If you're a regular in my gym you become a homie, it just happens like that.
