    Leah, I think what you made is champaign, not wine because of the carbonation. Wine does not produce carbonation.

      sparkling wine can only be called champagne if it comes from the Champagne region in northern France, just outside of Paris.

      Very nice.I enjoy making wine also,I would suggest you make a very small opening in the cover so that some of the gas would escape and the bottle would not explore.Thanks for sharing I learn a lot from you and your husband,stay well.

      it does has some amount of alcohol and here are the benefits
      Low in sugar.
      Low in calories.
      High in potassium.
      High in vitamin C.
      Boosts the immune system.
      Helps with digestion.
      May aid in blood sugar control.

    people use the cork oakto make cover for wines soles for shoes but we africans did2T know where the cork for wine was coming from we shouyld totally plant them as they are extreemly useful imagine make a clay bottle and add a cork
