  • This is what happens when you have an idea, unlimited budget and unlimited time. Chris Clark of Ace Fabrication built this '36 for himself and it shows. Butta Scotch is a stunning custom build, a 1936 Ford pickup reimagined by the talented Chris Clark. With a nod to vintage style and an infusion of modern flair, Butta Scotch stands out for its meticulously crafted details. The truck features a chopped and smoothed body with a sleek, glossy finish that’s hard to miss. Under the hood, it’s powered by a potent V8 engine, bringing both performance and power to the table. Chris Clark's work shines through in the flawless interior design, the custom-built chassis, and the painstaking attention to every detail, from the stance of the truck to the hand-painted pinstriping. Butta Scotch isn’t just a vehicle; it’s a work of art, blending old-school charm with contemporary custom touches in a way few cars ever do.

Chris did an amazing job on that truck and if you think it's just another run of the mill build's you just don't know how many details are hidden in that assumingly average package like the air ride self adjusters in the coupe headlight buckets, definitely a rags to riches story with that one, beautiful work Chris,

You aren't wrong. I get to see and work with the nicest cars on the planet and this one fits right there in with them. The craftsmanship is next level. I was most impressed with how docile it was starting it and moving it around...it just felt new. We aired it up and down a dozen times in short order and it just worked every time. Bags are almost always finnicky and/or slow, not the case here. Every single detail was very well thought out and perfectly executed. I didn't know about Chris or Ace Fab before getting my hands on this truck, but I am a HUGE fan now.
      Absolute next level build.

Love the interior dash. Hate the louvered tail gate. Not crazy about the chevy motor in a Ford but it sounds good and gets down the road.

    SBC wouldn't stay running?
I'd rather see a flathead or a 289 or a Windsor in it. It is a beautiful truck, though. Love the dash.

@staceyreeves9523 Absolutely. Trucks, cars, bikes, motorcycles. If it has wheels I've owned it or built it. I just can't get behind chevy in a ford.
