Yes, as far as I can tell it must be Nicole Arbour... Only other person could be Whitney, and even though I'm not a huge Whitney fan, I don't feel like she would be the type to sue over something like that, not to mention her and Theo seem to be good friends. I think they're right with the guess of Nicole Arbour. Don't think Nikki Glaser has even been on his show. And no way does that sound like her. She's pretty laid back. And that's not a reference to her being a hot slut.

Yes, as far as I can tell it must be Nicole Arbour... Only other person could be Whitney, and even though I'm not a huge Whitney fan, I don't feel like she would be the type to sue over something like that, not to mention her and Theo seem to be good friends. Also, at the end of the Whitney podcast she makes a casual remark about how she is ditsy before putting on the headphones, almost like they had a conversation about Theo being sued, and she is making an inside joke about it.
Only other thing that I can think of is the episode may have never been uploaded in the first place, so we may not have any clue who it is and we'll probably never know until Theo can legally speak about it. If he ever does.
